"Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.
The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

"Assuming our room was representative.of others then this property is in need of a deep clean and some renovations and other updates. The bathrooms have mold, broken fixtures, etc. Around the apartment, the walls have spots and dirt on them and the mouldings and door frames are peeling off in some spots. The kitchen cupboard are all sticky and gross. I honestly don't know how the place is rated at 4 stars. To me this place is akin to a roadside motel. I've stayed at 2 star hotels in North America...

"Die Unterkunft war super geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Pool war groß und nie überlaufen. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich sehr gut, man konnte aber immer nur ein Frühstück inkl. Tee oder Kaffee wählen. Es gab leider alle weiteren Wünsche (z.B Saft) nur gegen Aufpreis."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt very comfortable during our two-week holiday.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. We would definitely recommend this hotel to...
