"Exceptional place but above all the reception staff! Mr Irfan was very flexible and welcoming from the moment we checked in. Other staff cant remember their names were also fantastic and friendly and welcoming. Stayed in many hotels, but the staff in this hotel are next level!!"

"歯ブラシ、スリッパはフロントに言ったら持ってきてもらえました。 また、ドライヤーが壊れていて、新しいものを持ってきてもらえたのもありがたかったです。 24時間対応なので早朝早くのチェックアウトもできました。 ツインタワーにも徒歩で行きやすく近くにもスーパーがあるので立地はとても良いです。 黄色、赤の地下鉄から近いです。 グラブを呼んでいたのですがドアマンが親切に対応して下さりました。毎回笑顔で挨拶して下さったのも嬉しかったです。"
