"I would have given 5 stars but there was a half an hour wait for breakfast. If we had been told the night before we would have taken this into account . I couldn’t get a refund on the breakfast and they didn’t allow
you to take it away. We had a train to catch so I wrapped a few bits in napkins when we were allowed in. I was too stressed to eat and did t want to get indigestion by gobbling breakfast in 5-10 mins. I gave 4 stars as the lady was nice at check in and the lady at breakfast kept...

"Good: The staff was excellent, including the Front Desk and other up front folks. The Housekeeping staff were good as well. The location can't be beat. The lobby is beautiful.
The bad: Our first room smelled very bad, like old smoke or mildew?? It was very strong. The airfilter and A/C did nothing to help. The front desk was able to move us to another room which was fine. Again the front desk was helpful. The rooms are also very small and the rooms and the bathrooms were also quite...

The buffet breakfast is on the 36th floor. From first thing in the morning, you get to start your day with both a western and Japanese buffet breakfast that was absolutely delicious. They have a matcha latte, which if you like will...

"Good hotel close to all the main sights in Hiroshima. Helpful staff and clean, comfortable room. The breakfast was somewhat odd. There was a choice of 3 set options but all had meat in them. We asked for vegetarian only to be told we had to give 2 days notice for that. Impossible to do of course, since we didn’t know about it before arrival. Otherwise, a good stay."
