Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern für 2 Wochen in der schönen und gut eingerichteten FeWo. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 8 Erwachsene. Die Lage ist nahe zum Skilift (nur Winterbetrieb), trotzdem wirklich ruhig. Check-in ging über Schlüssel-Safe, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief auch zügig. Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen!

Stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles ist neuwertig, liebevoll dekoriert und sehr, sehr sauber. Das Ambiente passt sehr gut zur Umgebung. Die größe der Zimmer ist perfekt, in den Schränken hat man genügend Platz seine Sachen zu verstauen. Die Bäder sind unterschiedlich groß, vom Platz her ausreichend. Sogar ein Fön ist vorhanden. Das die Toiletten nicht im Bad integriert sind fanden wir spitze! Die Küche ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man zum Kochen für bis zu 8 Personen benötigt. Ein Toaster und eine Mikrowelle erleichtern die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten, wenn es mal schnell gehen soll. Der große Kühlschrank und ein Froster mit 3 Fächern bieten genug Dtauraum für Lebensmittel. Die gemütliche Sitzecke und der Balkon laden zum verweilen ein. Die TV Geräte funktionieren wurden von uns aber kaum genutzt. Von Vorteil ist die zentrale Lage. Die Gondelbahn ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Da wir im Sommer verreist sind konnten wir von hier aus in nur kurzer Zeit viele schöne Wanderwege, Gondeln und Freizeitziele erreichen. Die Zillertalbahn fährt ebenfalls unweit. Ein wirklich toller Ausgangspunkt zu Aktivitäten jeglicher Art. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Sie hat viel mit uns Kommuniziert, nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und versucht Wünsche umzusetzen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen allen Gästen nach uns ergeht es genauso !!!

Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Lage zum Skilift ist ideal. Nur 400m zu Fuß. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und verlief reibungslos. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely modern apartment

Stayed here as a group of 7 adults. Great space, kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed to cater for ourselves, with a big table and bench seating for eating and entertainment. Heated storage room just outside the door for keeping boots dry and equipment locked up safely. Three of the bedrooms are doubles (really kings, as two single mattresses in one bed frame, each has its own single duvet - this is fairly standard for Austria). And one smaller room is single bunks. I wasn't entirely sure of the room layout from the description. Only a short walk to the gondola, supermarket and train to access other parts of the valley. We self-checked in, using key safe, but Katharina kept in contact via messages to check everything was ok. Overall, really happy with the place, comfortable and a good price.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung macht einen noch fast neuwertigen Eindruck. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Balkon auf dem wir oft nach Wanderung saßen um die Eindrücke zu verarbeiten. Leider hatten wir immer wieder nervige Wespen zu Besuch, aber dafür kann ja die Fewo nichts. Ich würde die Fewo auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Rund um zufrieden

Schöne, ruhige Lage am Ortsrand und trotzdem per Fuß alles einfach zu erreichen. Alles ordentlich, modern und sauber. Besteck genau auf 8 Personen abgezählt, ein bisschen mehr wäre komfortabler. Essecke etwas eng vorallem bei 8 Personen, Empfehlung wäre 6 Personen für die Unterkunft. Sonst nichts was man negativ anbringen müsste. Gerne wieder.

Schöne, komfortable Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es fehlt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt TV in jedem Zimmer. Jeweils 2 separate Bäder/ WC sind sehr praktisch, so dass man sich morgens selbst mit mehreren Leuten nicht auf den Füßen steht. Die Wohnküche ist ebenfalls komplett eingerichtet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das gesamte Interieur ist neu und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Das W-LAN funktioniert zuverlässig. Die Lage ist auch toll, etwas abseits des Ortskerns und etwas höher gelegen, mit schönem Weitblick über das Tal. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und entspannt. Ich kann dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Aufenthalt war ok

Positiv: die Wohnung ist sehr schön neu gestaltet und eingerichtet. Negativ: Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Man konnte nachts die Leute aus der Nachbarwohnung hören. In der neu Küche fehlt es an Haushaltsgeräten wie z.B. Messern, Käsehobel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine usw.. Auch ein paar Teller mehr wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Die Wohnküche ist etwas zu eng bei 8 Personen, aber das liegt wohl an der Raumaufteilung. Besser diesen Raum gr0ßzügig gestalten mit gemütlicher Sofaecke usw einrichten. Dafür hätten man das kleine Hochbettzimmer weglassen können.
