"Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar und alles war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der große Privatpool waren traumhaft, einziges Manko: in der Dusche war die Duschwand kaputt und es hat leicht geschummelt, außerdem hatten wir immer wieder mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Der Service in den Restaurants und den Bars war immer perfekt. Schade war, dass man im Hauptrestaurant keinen Einlass hatte, wenn man ein Themenrestaurant gebucht hatte, auch wenn es erst spät abends war."

"We had to find a last minute hotel to stay for one night in Rhodes due to late arrival. The owner of the hotel was very easy to communicate with and helped us with our late arrival at night. She was very nice and easy-going and showed us to the hotel, since it’s located deeper inte village. The room was very clean and had everything you might need. We only stayed for one night but could definitely stay longer. Overall very good service and accommodation."

"A nice hotel, but if you don’t have children please book the sister hotel next door Ella Elissa. Helea is a very big, very busy hotel full of screaming children. Rooms are nice but again can hear babies crying all night. Perfect for families with young children, but anyone else should seek an alternative."

Hatte darum gebeten anstelle von Softdrinks und Bier. Essen war etwas eintönig und die Qualität nicht die beste, aber das liegt an einem 4 Sterne Standard."

The only hiccup was the spa where they had less experienced staff providing services which didn’t match the pricing. "Fantastic modern comfortable room with very comfortable mattress (soft medium pillow top) lots of space for suitcases and clothing. Big balcony and easy parking outside the hotel. Hosts are amazing, friendly and very helpful people. Family run accommodation. The breakfast is lovely with many options and lots of fresh fruits daily. Prices of drinks and food at bar very reasonable. A wonderful place to stay!!! Has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. I highly recommend this...
