"From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved our time at Kalamaki Flats! Ferhan and her team were incredibly welcoming, we arrived to warm smiles and a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, including homemade biscuits. The flat itself was incredibly clean and so well equipped with everything you could need. "Alles an dieser Unterkunft hat uns gefallen. Der Service war genau so wie man es sich wünscht Alles lief reibungslos ab Sauberkeit und Ordnung steht an höchster Stelle und dies macht sich definitiv bemerkbar! Das Haus ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet Die Aussicht vom Pool zum Meer ist ein Traum Es ist so schön dass man es kaum realisieren kann Ich würde immer wieder kommen Vielen Dank für den super Aufenthalt "

"Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"

"Nice place to stay, clean and comfortable. No laundry soap or bathroom amenities besides hand soap, no blankets on the beds. Pool area was nice and because the hotel was fairly empty we were given an upgrade to an apartment with a private pool."

"The view - just wow! The photos do not do the villa justice - amazing. Comfortable, clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. Great comms with owner. Excellent manager who arranged groceries on arrival and provided taxi details to get us to and from town. Easy walk to local beach club but far enough to feel secluded. We also worked whilst there - great wi-fi. Highly recommended. Thank you for an excellent stay with our family to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. :-)"

"Overall a beautiful villa with stunning views. Close to local shops. Pool was great for kids. Host was very helpful and always responded to queries or requests. Only downside is that showers need more pressure. Would recommend to families or large groups as would comfortably accommodate 10 people. "

Zur Begrüßung war frisches Obst bereitgestellt und im Kühlschrank waren ebenfalls Lebensmittel vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert und stets positiv. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und auch die Poollandschaft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa und können nur positive Erinnerungen behalten. "

"Mijn verblijf was met mijn gezien was okey,maar jakuzzi werkt het niet afwasmachine werkte niet,het kon wat proper zijn zwembad ramen 1ste verdieping wc slot was kapot ik ben paar keer binnen vast gebleven,voor die prijs kon wat beter zijn ik vindt dat ik veel heb betaald normaal gezien wou ik terug betaling vragen zouwie zo min 200€-300€ terug"

"Villa Blue is a great place to stay. The location is great and you have excellent access to town. Mike gave us all information needed to make our stay as easy as possible. Ibo the maintenance manager was also on hand and resolved any issues we had. The villa is comfortable with a large outdoor pool area and equipped with everything you need. "The hosts (Cengiz and Fiona) helped arrange for the airport transfer, a memorable boat trip and an expert chef for cooking at the villa. Our family had a wonderful time. The location is perfect with a panoramic view of the Kalkan coast. We will definitely come back in the future."
