The property was well located and quiet. The central pool area was great, and the unexpected visit from a local soft serve ice-cream van was fantastic!

Kalbarri Xmas

Location was perfect! Pre teens able to walk across road to the jetty and fish morning/night whilst the adults admired the veiw from our accommodation. Beach days was also only a walk across the road. We will be back :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location great accomm. We loved our trip to Kalbarri. The main bed could do with a new mattress but other than that the apartment was fine.

Great Short Break

Was clean when we got there, apart from finding rubbish under the bed, remote control is broken on the TV, Beds were uncomfortable but apart from that it was good, we didnt cook in the unit but everything looked clean, great views, we will stay here again in the future

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time! The bunk beds the kids didn’t find the most comfortable and would be good that the kitchen had more in it but it was a great place and a wonderful time! There was a mistake with the cleaning so when we got there it hadn’t been cleaned but they sorted it out super quickly for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, except the Cray Boat starting up every morning at 4AM.But location is close to beach, shops, good sunset views.Apartment wasn't cleaned properly (Cobwebs, Dust on shelves)Enjoyed the IGA walking distance awayDidn't enjoy the aircons in the apartment set to run for 3 hrs only!Didn't enjoy the poolside BBQ's only 4 of the 8 actually work (Height of school holiday season!)Bedroom balcony base cracked and perishing concrete, didn't look to good.DVD player didn't connect to TV (Wrong cables) went and bought our own HDMI Cable so kids could watch DVD's on bad weather days.The day we arrived, found only one role of toilet paper in the bathroom, surely one would expect at least 3 rolls there for new guests.
