Villa Elia (2017) is a luxury holiday home with a private infinity swimming pool and outdoor shower. There are three terraces. The villa is located in a beautiful olive grove. The terrace upstairs has a beautiful view over the valley and the village of Finiki. The luxurious kitchen diner is fully equipped including clean drinking water. On the same floor you will find the cozy living room, a toilet, a luxurious bathroom and the master bedroom with doors opening onto the terraces with a sea view. On the terrace is a lounge set with a parasol,
wonderful sun beds to relax by the pool. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets.

2 bedrooms with large terrace with luxury bathroom are on the first floor. From all rooms you have a beautiful view of the sea and the valley.

Both bedrooms have two separate box springs, which can be connected, and have a closet.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

A washing machine is available in the garage.

Villa Elia stands in the middle of the Natura 2000 nature reserve, in a valley with unobstructed views and a serene tranquility.

You can walk to the Greek tavern Apolafsy.
At 2 kilometers you will find the village of Evangelismos, where you will find an authentic Greek village tavern, and a mini supermarket.

Ideal for families who want to have their own villa together, but still. You therefore also book Villa Kamaria l. These houses are in the same area.

Superbe maison avec piscine

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description et très propre. La literie est en parfait état. La piscine à débordement est un vrai bonheur. La température de l'eau est parfaite et la vue est superbe. Joanna zt son mari sont très accueillants et très serviables. Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans cet environnement.

Life in the Slow Lane

Very well-presented property with all expected amenities together with full suite of ancillary items such as washing machine, loungers, etc. Everything worked as it should and the pool is very good and well-maintained. Lovely views of the sea and islands. There are Tavernas within walking distance and a well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes drive away. The drive from the airport is very scenic and set us up with landmarks for later finding our way around. This villa can be recommended.

Ausgezeichnet: tolles Haus mit drei Schlafzimmer und großem Infinity-Pool

Eine tolle Woche in einem schönen Haus in ruhiger Lage und tollem (etwas entfernten) Meerblick. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die drei Schlafzimmer mit zwei Bädern ermöglichen einen Urlaub, problemlos zu sechst. Der große und saubere Privatpool ist auch noch im Oktober eine super Attraktion.

Seuls au monde

Un endroit magnifique (un peu éloigné de tout, les estimations de distance données par l'annonce étant perfectibles) mais un lieu qui inspire le repos, tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien. Une voiture reste indispensable (Finikunda à 10 minutes, la mer à 5 minutes) mais cela n'est finalement pas un problème. pas un souci. P

PERFEKT. Alles war genau so, wie es auf der Fewo Plattform angepriesen wurde. Die Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Sehr ruhige lage mit Traumaussicht auf das Meer. Danke, es waren sehr erholsame, traumhafte Ferien.

Von der großen Terrasse samt Pool mit Blick auf Olivenhaine und das Mittelmeer will man eigentlich zu keiner Tageszeit weg. Dazu ein klasse Küche !

Alles super, tolle Lage, modernes haus

Modernes Haus mit Induktionskochfeld. Es ist eine gute Küchenausstattung vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind super und die Betten liegen sich gut. Das Haus ist super für eine Familie bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Die Terrasse ist riesig , das Auto kann direkt neben dem Haus geparkt werden.

A heavenly view

This villa is one of several belonging to the Dutch owners on this site. It is beautifully located on a hillside with glorious views to the coast. Photos on the VRBO website don't show the next door house. We are skinny-dippers and this might have caused offence. There were no complaints and we were undeterred, but you don't get complete privacy. The pool is much smaller than appears in the photos, but delightful and perfectly clean always. Shower rooms should have grab handles for safety. Sliding mosquito nets are first class. The greatest joy of this villa are the idyllic views of the sea and island, and of the night sky with no light pollution.

Great villa in hills above Finikoundi

Spent a lovely chilled week in the villa. The villa has everything you need with a spacious outdoor seating area and a lovely infinity pool-but the real star of the show is the fantastic view-breathtaking!!! Communication from start to end was fantastic, Joanne met us to take us to the villa when we arrived and came to say goodbye as we departed. A lovely area and a great base to explore. Highly recommend and would love to return one day ❤

Fantastische villa op een mooie locatie

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in deze complete villa. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en fantastische uitzicht. In de de woning is aan alles gedacht. Mooi strand en leuke stadjes voor lekker eten rijdt je in een paar minuten naar toe. Ontvangst van Tassos liep perfect. Fijn dat hij ons de weg wees, zelf hadden we het niet gevonden denk ik. Contact met Joke was hartelijk. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Immaculate

Immaculately presented. Spotlessly clean. Joanna’s place is extremely comfortable. We were concerned regarding privacy levels around the pool area with the neighbouring villa (also owned by Joanna). The privacy screens work well and there are some beautiful young trees planted between the two properties, although you may still hear your neighbours of course! Communication was excellent. Great stay.

Greek retreat!

Even better than described! We all had a lovely time. Immaculate and stylish modern villa with fabulous views over olive groves to the sea and offshore islands - and so peaceful. Really well equipped, and the infinity pool was just gorgeous. Joanna was a friendly, accommodating host who was a great source of local tips. Be aware that the track up to the villa (about 500 metres) is quite rocky, so be careful with your hire car!

Delightful Villa Elia

Our party of 4 have just returned from a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Everything was exactly as described and the setting was magical. After a leisurely breakfast taken overlooking the infinity pool and the sea beyond, our mornings were spent visiting the many archaeological sights easily accessible from the villa and the delightful towns such as Pylos, Methoni, Koroni all within 25 minutes or less and not to forget Foinikounta which is just 10 minutes away. Excellent restaurants and amenities in all but especially Pylos which is a little larger. Joke met us on arrival and was available along with Hans if we needed anything. Our afternoons were spent in just perfect bliss around or mostly in the pool with nothing but sunshine, bird song and beautiful views. Thank you Joke and Hans - keep doing what you're doing -we hope one day to return
