Stunning views, spacious detached house on beach, 15 mins walk to harbour

Truly breathtaking views of sea, beach, castle and mountains. Secluded location, on private path but less than one min walk to Zaga beach. Large traditional style house, in two spacious separate apartments connected by external staircase with extensive balcony upstairs with views over sea, castle and mountains to Mani. Downstairs sitting room has large terrace for sunbeds, eating and view over garden and partial view of sea. Garden has large dining area on terrace for al fresco eating. Only 15 mins walk to historic Koroni harbour with its colourful waterfront tavernas and shops. Large, private sun terrace set in a spacious garden with olive and lemon trees. Two huge living rooms with fully fitted kitchens. One first floor double bedroom with A/C, two twin bedded double rooms on lower floor with ceiling fans, one with A/C. Two bathrooms and two kitchens, large sitting rooms and wonderful balcony. House is reached by footpath with some steps, steep in parts so no passing traffic and magical tranquility; just the sound of sea at night. Travel reasonably light as it is 400m to road and parking above at school or 200m flat walk along beach by beach bar, but the seclusion and proximity to beach and amenities are worth it. Not suitable for very young children.
House is well stocked for all holiday needs, has books, maps, sun umbrellas, loungers and games.
Please note there is NO WIFI. The nearest internet connection in the summer is the beach bar about 200 metres along the beach. Nearly all the cafes, restaurants and bars in Koroni have wifi and are happy for you to sit with a drink and use it.


Drainage: On no account can any paper, sanitary materials etc be put down the toilets. We are on natural drainage and if the pipes are blocked the current occupiers will be held responsible. So you will need to use the bins provided as with most of Greece.

Rubbish: Rubbish needs to be taken from the house and placed in the bins by beach bar about 150m or in the bins at top of path. Good idea to do daily as in hot weather it can encourage wildlife!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick auf Strand und Meer

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern Ende Oktober/Anfang November für 9 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, jew. mit Küche und Bad. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind einfach und teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Küchenausstattung ok. Wunderbarer Garten mit Orangen- und Grantapfelbäumen und einiges was blüht und das im November. Schöner, wenig frequentierter Strand und klares Wasser. Wir waren jeden Tag schwimmen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

We had a lovely and relaxed stay at Richard"s place. It is two minutes walk from a great Sandy beach. The house is big and comfortable and there is a beautiful balcony on the second floor.Richard was very communicative and respond to all our questions very fast. Very recommended

Herbstferien im Walker - House

Wir haben die Ferien in diesem grosszügigen Haus sehr genossen. Der Garten mit den vielen Fruchtbäumen und der Blumenvielfalt war eine Wucht. Die Lage am Zaga Beach ist einfach wunderschön, beruhigend und erholsam. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr hilfreich und er war jederzeit erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Super Lage an tollem Strand.

Tolle Lage. Super Aussicht. Wunderbare Terrasse. Die letzten 400 Meter zum Haus sind sehr beschwerlich mit Koffern. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen.

Very special location

Right by a beautiful beach, with the sound of cicadas all around. This 2 storey house is far from any traffic (it's a substantial walk up narrow paths to the lovely.town, good exercise but hot in the summer) and feels like part of a special flower-filled beach community. The house itself has delightful views to the sea across olive and other trees. Many windows and shutters. Narrow balcony around 3 sides. The air con as effective. The accomodation is not fancy, but it is functional, although the balcony chairs could do with being replaced. We loved it but don't expect luxury fittings. Really interesting guide books and maps. Backgammon and other games much appreciated.

Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub am Zaga Beach in Koroni sehr genossen. Das geräumige Haus liegt am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer. Es hat einen schönen und großen Garten. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, es fehlt aber an nichts. Die letzten 400 m von der Straße zum Haus müssen am Hang zu Fuß bewältigt werden. Dafür liegt das Haus sehr ruhig und der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief freundlich und zuverlässig. Immer wieder gerne!

If you like the sea, this is the property for you. Fantastic place to swim and enjoy the sea. It is quite hard to access the house but probably one of the reasons why the beach is so fantastic.

Wunderschön

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, entspannten Urlaub und können uns den vielen positiven Rezensionen nur anschließen. Das Objekt ist genau wie beschrieben. Man muss aber wissen, dass es im Erdgeschoss des Hauses keine Klimaanlage gibt, aber jede Menge Ventilatoren. Bei 35 Grad im August kann es schon sehr warm im Haus werden. Außerdem kann man den Wohn-/Essbereich nicht abdunkeln. Wenn man die Türen zur besseren Durchlüftung offen lässt, wird es am Morgen ziemlich schnell hell. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber man sollte es wissen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort und kommen sicher noch mal zurück.

Wonderful!

This is a lovely house in a peaceful spot very close to the beach. The beautiful garden surrounding the house and the wonderful balcony overlooking the sea make this a really relaxing place to stay. Koroni is 10 minutes walk away. We hope to be back!

Wonderful property very close to the beach

The property was perfect for our holiday. Lovely garden, great setting, wonderful views from the balcony. We loved the easy access to the beach (2 minutes) and looking out for stray hatching turtles - we were lucky on two mornings, but need to get up early for that. The property had enough to be comfortable and to allow us to barbecue. Richard's map and advice were really helpful. Koroni had enough restaurants and shops. Thank you
