Todd was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and local information. The bed was comfortable. The shower was on the small side but fine. Good heat and water pressure. Don't skip the breakfast. The blueberry pancakes were amazing, as Michigan is known for their blueberries. Worth noting that there is no elevator. Fine for us, only 1...

Location was convenient to shops, restaurants, and beaches. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. "There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. "

"Someone else’s fingernail on bathroom floor, yuck! Dust covered microwave and dresser shelf. At 9:20 AM 5 housecleaners in hall at our door talking SO loudly, laughing and personal discussions. Not work related. I opened door twice to give them hint we still had family/kids sleeping. Finally had to tell them they were being too loud. Only 1 even responded/acknowledged."

"We had a great experience at The Fields of Michigan. The canvas tents were clean and well maintained. The breakfast and dinner that were available were very good and having bikes available to go and take on the nearby bike pass was a great amenity. Finally being able to pick blueberries was just an added bonus. I would definitely come back in the future. I’ve already recommended it to some of my friends."
