Holiday in a pleasant atmosphere

The house is situated in a quiet residential area in the west of Kaiserslautern.
The ground floor of a two family house with separate entrance and direct access to terrace and garden. It is glazed front generous; Lockable window handles and electric shutters and underfloor heating included.
Apartment about 99 sqm, 2 bedrooms, 11 sqm and 18 sqm, each with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.
Moreover, git it a sofa bed (140 * 200 cm) .1 bathroom with shower & toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Washer and dryer are also available.
Living room with TV and sofa bed.
Kitchen & Dining Room; total approx. 30 m² with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, complete with dishes & cutlery, and 1 sofa bed (140x200 cm), 1 further Zustzellbett is also available.
From the dining room direct access to the approximately 10 m² large terrace with barbecue and sitting set.

To the bus stop: 5 minutes on foot: direct buses into the industrial area West, University, every 30 minutes; to the city center every 15 minutes

For Garden Show: about 10 minutes on foot

Property description was fairly accurate. Previous comments regarding the rough towels were true. We also bought towels at the store for use. There were not enough beddings and should be updated; they were worn and not at all comfortable. The kitchen table could also be updated.

Perfect location

I had a great experience here! The location was in a perfect spot close to down down as well as a small grocery store if you prefer to cook. The hosts we're very kind and the pictures and description are very accurate. I would absolutely stay here again! Perfect for longer stays as well.

Home (and Office) Away From Home

My partner and I lived here for six weeks with our small dog and it had everything we needed to live, work and play. We especially loved the back patio and yard. This was a great place to have a pet and host a few friends. We also had complete privacy with our gate and entrance and there was plenty of street parking. The kitchen was well stocked and there were basic cleaning supplies available. We enjoyed having a washer and a bathtub. This is a good place to be in the summer as it stays relatively cool and it does come with a fan you can move about. My one recommendation is to bring your own towels - the towels provided were a rough material. We bought some cheap towels from the nearby Globus and were fine. By the way, there’s tons of nearby shopping. Highly recommend the restaurant Casa Grande which is just a few minute walk down the street. We became regulars there and especially enjoyed their outdoor terrace. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Großzügige und bestens eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

In dieser Wohnung ist wirklich massig Platz. Zudem verfügt sie - was nach meiner Erfahrung nicht selbstverständlich ist - über einen Geschirrspüler (samt Tabs), Waschmaschine (samt Waschpulver), Bügeleisen und Fön. Ist also auch für längere Aufenthalte bestens geeignet. Bäcker leider nicht in Laufweite, aber problemlos mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Arbeitswohnung,

Ich habe die Wohnung gemietet, da ich in der entsprechenden Zeit in Kaiserslautern gearbeitet habe. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Die Einrichtung ist praktikabel aber billig. Das Licht ist grenzwertig. die Handtücher sind scheußlich und die Bettdecke ist keine Bettdecke. Die Spülmaschine ist alt und nur mit technischen Kenntnissen zu bedienen. Dafür war der Preis zu hoch.

Very pleasant

To be fair, on arrival we had a little problem with the smell of fresh rendering in the property, but after we had aired it, it was fine. The property is quite big, all on one floor. two good sized bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other a connected shower room. Nice, spacious living area with open plan kitchen. The whole property benefits from underfloor heating, except in the kitchen and dining area. It has a nice outside area too, which, I imagine, will be very nice in the summer months, however as it was raining for the duration of our stay we did not take advantage of it. Words of advice: we had to buy washing up liquid and other daily usage items, however as we were flying back, we could not take anything back with us, so be prepared. There a Lidl in easy walking distance, so you can just pick up what you need right there. You also have Aldi, IKEA and other useful shops within easy driving distance. All in all, it is a good little property and we would return.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen. Sie bot uns fünf Erwachsenen ausreichend Platz. Die ebenerdige Terrasse mit entsprechenden Gartenmöbeln war super. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!!

Location idéale

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location propre et bien aménagée. Nous étions 7: mes parents, mes 3 enfants (15, 11 et 9 ans), mon mari et moi. L'appartement est vraiment spacieux et épuré. Avoir 2 salles de bain est idéal lorsqu'on est nombreux. Le propriétaire, Matthias, est disponible si nous avons besoin de lui. Il vit à l'étage avec sa famille. On se sent comme chez soi dans cette location car nous avons le bas de sa maison rien que pour nous. Il est impossible de mettre moins de 5 étoiles à cette location. Il est évident que nous y retournerons. Merci beaucoup Matthias.

Relaxing !

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The welcoming hosts have it equipped with all the comforts of home. You can walk @ 3 blocks to Lidl, a decent supermarket. I would definitely book with them again.

Amazing hosts and beautiful place

We arrived really late our first night and we felt awful that the hosts would be perturbed but Matt and his lovely wife were very welcoming. He showed us all of the amenities in the apartment downstairs where we stayed. They are, by far, the best hosts I’ve ever had in my 8+ years of using air bnb. They helped us and talked to us and left us alone when we wanted. I would recommend them to any traveler staying in Ktown.
