"Small hotel that had been recently remodeled and upgraded. We stayed in room 163. The room was exceptionally clean, and the parking was very easy to access. It was a good location, right off 40 at the Grand Canyon entrance. The staff was very kind. The view from the room would be my only negative comment, as it faced a back wall to another building."

"The room looked nothing like there pictures on Expedia , there was hair on the bed and pillows , holes in the walls , the TV was maybe 24”. The bathroom window was held shut with duct tape . A Horrible room. We did not stay. And I am having trouble with Expedia refunding my money."

"The bed and pillows are horrible- no ice Machine- everything is falling apart in the room- outlets coming out or the wall.. tv and wifi down for hours… no body in the office in the evening it’s locked down so no assistance after night fall."

"This was a great clean hotel. Our only hiccups were that the air temp could not be controlled in the room. It was set at 71 and could not be changed. Also, we did laundry, and one one of the two dryers sort of worked."

"We killed 3 spiders inside the restroom, we couldn’t flush the toilet because the chain inside was broken. Internet did not work at all. Sheets were dirty, one side of the of the mattress was broken. The outside of the cabin had trash in the front and the entire room was dusty. Spoke to the owner about it, she claimed herself as an employee to avoid helping us. They also charged my credit card before we got there."

"The hotel was the perfect location on route 66 for our southwestern tour stop for the Grand Canyon. It felt safe, clean and the staff was nice. The food at Miss Kitty's was really good including their pancakes for breakfast. The Grand Canyon was about a 50 minute drive and Flagstaff avoit 30 minutes. Really cute, preserved town on Route 66 as well! Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Checked into 1st room and the pillows were piled up on the floor and the shower had hairs in it. Got moved to a 2nd room and the toilet was dirty with skid marks and something on the seat. I told them I would keep the room if someone cleaned the toilet. Housekeeping was gone for the day so the poor front desk clerk had to do it. She was really nice and she gave me a glass of wine. Didn’t trust the shower floor being clean so I skipped out until I got home."
