Los apartamentos están rodeados por dos hermosos y bien cuidados campos de golf, y son los únicos condominios en la costa norte. Este es un gran lugar para relajarse, rebobinar, y restaurar, y un mundo forman lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de la ciudad. Unfortunately the Kona low that hit Hawaii made the weather pretty undesireable. We were without power for 3 days. We made do, and there is no one to blame. We were looking forward to some sunshine, which is what people come to Hawaii to enjoy.

pull chain from right side night stand was laying on night stand and light bulb was unscrewed when we arrived, so we just didn’t use it — everything else was perfect!!

Wonderful Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small condo has everything you could ever need! The a/c unit is in the bedroom so you will sleep comfortably. There is a full kitchen, washer dryer, small patio and relaxing living room. There is a beautiful heated pool just steps away but no hot tub.

The little apartment is as pictured, the decor was really nice, and we appreciated the beach, chairs, and towels available. On the downside, the apartment is very dark. We also were unlucky enough to be there during two solid days of tree work, super noisy. Our upstairs neighbors were also quite loud! Other than better lighting, we would’ve appreciated salt, pepper, and a soap dispenser for the bathroom shower. These are not things that we necessarily consider having to bring. A full length mirror would also be a good addition. We did really enjoy the proximity to all of the amenities available at Turtle Bay, however, we would not choose this condo again.

Home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous vacation. The condo was just as described. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. The perfect home base - a quick drive to Foodland, the assorted food trucks and Haleiwa. Perfectly situation within the complex - a quick walk to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Can't wait to visit again!

Best place Ive stayed

Meticulously clean and modern. Everything was pristine. I don't say that lightly as I am very particular about cleanliness. The only improvement I would suggest is replacing the toilet as it does not flush well. I highly recommend this place and will stay again. The listing stated no beach chairs are included but there were 3 when we got there. Perhaps the previous renters left them. Love this place!

Charming bungalow

Great location, comfy bed, little extras like beach chairs and an ice chest were great. Well stocked kitchen. The only issue we had was check in. Gate code did not work. Called the numbers listed as well as the emergency line. No answer. We ended up parking over at the golf course and walking to the apartment area. We unlocked the apartment door and got the gate fob, going back to the car and then accessing the gate. What a pain. Property manager called over an hr later. We read that other people had the same issue.

The condo is in a great location and has a nice layout, but a few things didn’t match what was described in the listing. The “fully equipped kitchen” was missing basics like cooking oil and simple seasonings like salt and pepper, and the toaster didn’t work during our stay. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only two tiny bars of soap that barely lasted a couple of days. The iron board latch was broken so it wouldn't stand properly, making it difficult to use and one of the bowls in the cupboard was still dirty with standing brown water. There was also a noticeable buildup of lint in the dryer vent, which poses a safety concern especially since laundry is advertised as an amenity.The unit itself is bright and comfortable as promised, but some of the maintenance and cleanliness details didn’t reflect the “updated and sophisticated” description. With better attention to upkeep and care, this could easily be a 5 star stay.

There is one issue however and I am not complaining, just want to make you aware. There is a strong mildew smell that by the end of our stay had my allergies peaked and the plane ride home was miserable. I am a realtor and have a keen sense of smell and detect mildew pretty easily due my allergies , my clients are always grateful for my ability. I even gave your card to our friends who live in the area and loved it. Again, just wanted you to be aware. The property manager was not there when we checked in, we did find the security guy to be very helpful.

Unit has some nice upgrades (ie bathroom). Linens and bed were nice. Easy walk to beach and resort. Pool is nearby. Didn’t like that there is no good dining area (love seat and coffee table on lanai, high seats on island). We ended eating on our laps most of our meals. Kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet and private. The main tv is extremely difficult to use even with help from the maintenance man!

Ground floor unit good for couple

I found this rental agency online and the description was accurate. The reviews were accurate too. It was easy to book and I felt I got a good deal. The place was clean and everything seemed new and in good shape. I slept very well. The bed was comfortable though I found the pillows a bit high personally. We didn't use the kitchen though it was well equipped. The unit has a nice cross ventilation. You can hear the people upstairs come and go and that woke us up early mornings but we are light sleepers. I would come here again.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with this rental. Kitchen is brand new with updated appliances and all furniture is new and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was big enough to fit a pack and play in the closet area next to the bed. We were able to sleep 4 in that room. Two adults and my three year old in the bed and our 1 year old in his pack and play that was in the closet area. The bathroom was very clean and shower/tub worked well. There are no power outlets in the bathroom, but plenty in the living room and bedroom. This could be a problem if you use lots of hair irons to get ready. Also there was just one air conditioner in the bedroom which worked really well for our family during our stay. It was March so it didn't get super hot and we would just turn the AC unit on about 15 mins before bedtime and close the door so it would cool down the room. There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room that really helps circulate the air. But it is not central air so it is a bit different. Comes with wifi, cable, and a tv in the bedroom and living room. This condo is also one of the closest ones to the beach and turtle bay resort. An easy walk or you could even drive and park in the free beach access parking and be less than 2 mins walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying on the north shore!! We will be back again for sure!
