This beautiful and specious two-story, ground floor townhome boasts 2 bedrooms plus a loft; the ground floor includes a king bed with a brand new Purple Mattress for optimal comfort and luxury, while the upper level has a master suite of its own, with an additional king bed and a separate loft offering two twin beds.

The fully stocked kitchen features bar style dining makes it easy to enjoy meal times.

Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass.

CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free.
Please help by:
Keeping the unit free of crumbs
Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food
Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out
Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly
Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs.
If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

To conserve energy and maintain comfort:

Lovely condo near Turtle Bay

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished with all you could need. The exterior of the buildings are a bit older but the grounds and pool area were very well kept. The location was great as we were able to walk to the hotel to get coffee and we really enjoy going to the beach there. There were only two things I wish were different. First is that they had a cup style coffee maker and either we missed this in the info or it wasn’t there, so we didn’t come prepared with enough coffee for our stay and the store is a far drive especially with traffic so that was a major bummer. The second is that there was a tsunami warning and we had to evacuate, but there wasn’t any information on where to go in the event of something like this. The management also didn’t reach out to us, but when I contacted them they provided us with good information fairly quickly. That was really just bad luck to be there for that as it’s a very rare event. Even so it would be smart to make that information apparent for guests. All in all I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo to friends.

Our stay at this property in Turtle Bay exceeded our expectations! The location is unbeatable, offering stunning golf course views and proximity to some of Oahu’s best attractions. Just a short walk to the beach, it’s perfect for surfing and snorkeling enthusiasts, with incredible spots nearby to enjoy the ocean.Additionally, the property is conveniently located near the Polynesian Cultural Center, making it easy to immerse yourself in the rich Hawaiian culture. The home itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.This property is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and adventure Oahu has to offer. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful unit near Turtle Bay!

This property was a wonderful part of our stay in Oahu! The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of kitchenwares and towels, and the AC units quickly cool the place down when you come home from your adventures. The beach equipment was so helpful as well! The owner was thorough in directions and answered questions promptly. My family loved using the nearby pool and eating on the back patio which looks out to a quiet golf course. It is a quick drive to the beach which Turtle Bay Resort is on, a great beach for families. Definitely would recommend staying here

Great place to experience the north shore

We loved our stay! The property was clean, check in and out was very easy, and the extra supplies (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkels, and beach towels) were much appreciated and saved us from having to rent them elsewhere. Hosts were responsive and helpful with questions before our stay and provided recommendations. The location is great! Walking distance to a few secluded beaches and the resort restaurants, driving to all the north shore has to offer. Really the only thing that could be noted is that the window AC units struggled to keep up on the afternoon of the warmest day of our stay. They did the trick to keep us cool and comfortable in the evenings, nights, and mornings and we weren't usually in the unit much during the afternoon anyway, so it didn't impact us a lot. But if it's gonna be really hot while you're there and you're staying in, maybe prep to take a dip in the pool (really close to the unit, actually) to cool off. Overall, it was a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend it to friends!

Convenience and comfort

We were happy to see that the property was as described and the location was convenient and only one hour from the airport! The property is older but well maintained. Plenty of kitchen ware for our needs but some of the pots and pans have seen better days. The beds were VERY comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and addressed an issue with the kitchen sink faucet immediately and we were not inconvenienced in the slightest. The washer and dryer were a plus however the washer leaked off and on and we were told that a new washer is on the way! Again, we were not inconvenienced at all and appreciated the property manager's quick response to our needs. We have a couple of recommendations when it's time to upgrade: 1) quieter air conditioners would be great! It was wonderful to have airconditioning but we really didn't need it. We used the fans and opened the windows and sliding glass doors to the patio and we were very comfortable during our entire stay! 2: add one or two more bar stools to the island bar for indoor eating. That being said, it was great sitting on the patio enjoying meals and our coffee in the mornings. We experienced no insects and were vigilant about cleaning up after cooking and eating so as not to attract any. We definitely will look forward to booking with Helen and the Aloha Team led by Marcela! It was great to come back to the place each day and relax after a day out visiting family! Mahalo for hosting us!

Great VRBO on the golf course

Loved the location, quiet, clean and near the pool. Since the golf course was closed, you're able to walk the course on the paths or bike on the path, beautiful! Enjoyed the pickleball as well!

Simply wonderful!

The home was clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and swimming in the pool. The proximity to Turtle Bay beach was a plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a nice quiet place to stay.

RELAXATION

The property is well-maintained, well-stocked, and most comfortable. The location is central to most things on the North Shore, especially the beach! I am so grateful that I selected this property. I had one issue that I believed the owner needed to address…and they did promptly…but it did not interfere with our stay or comfort level. This property provided the best “cool down” time for what had been a busy (tourist) week. I definitely want to visit again.

We Visited Oahu 35 Years ago whit our Daughter & Husband and we loved it, a lot has changed including the prices for everything. my Husbands Cousin and Wife as well as their Granddaughter wanted to go, so thy ask would we go whit them since we already been their before. Well like i said a lot has changed but we still love North Shore and especially Turtle Bay our Condo was awesome so was the location. Wonderful Host could not ask for more, My Daughter ask me already about going next year. Will definitely book with. Helena again I hihgly recommend that condo also very quiet.

North Shore Stay

Location is great and quiet. Enjoyed eating on patio. Adequate cooking utensils. Place was clean and no insect problems. Information provided about the residence and surrounding area was excellent. We would likely stay again if we came back. We did have several issues. The dishwasher did a poor job so handwashed dishes. Noticed stain on sheets in one of loft beds. Appeared to be urine and came out when we washed. Poor ventilation since prevailing wind from East rather than north or south. Took long time to cool loft so probably ran A/C more to cool.

Comfy North Shore Stay

Helena's place was a great home base for my wife, myself and our friends. The house had everything we needed and the purple mattresses were super comfy after long days of exploring and having adventures on the island. The beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and beach stays came super handy for our trips to the various beaches on the island. The house was clean and comfy for all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun toys

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. We used the beach chairs and boogie boards every day. They definitely added to the fun we had during our stay.

A great place to stay on the north shore

The property was as advertised and the location is great for exploring the north shore of the island. We especially enjoyed access to the Turtle Bay resort.
