  • Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Royal Kahana 1010 is a stunning tenth-floor corner residence where uninterrupted ocean views stretch from the golden coast of Ka'anapali to the lush cliffs of Kapalua. Spanning 1,287 sq ft with 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath, and sleeping space for up to 6 guests, this oceanfront retreat offers a 40-foot wrap-around lanai with uninterrupted blue ocean—perfect for sunset toasts, seasonal whale spotting, and the lullaby of waves below.
    Managed by Maui Paradise Properties, a locally owned and operated, fully licensed real estate brokerage specializing in vacation rentals.

    Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! beds were so comfy and the view can’t be beat! Chest outside with beach chairs, toys and umbrella was so nice. The huge lanai, decor and huge windows were the stars!!

Stunning views

The condo fit our needs and wants well. The views were spectacular, having a full kitchen was nice and the beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella were definitely a bonus.

Our first trip to Maui

Ansolutely loved our stay in Lahaina. The condo was fantastic. Very centralized to restaurants and activities we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend to everyone and hope to come back soon.

Our week in Paradise.

Absolutely beautiful location. Sitting on the lanai is heavenly with the sounds of the waves and watching the sea turtles out in the water. You hardly want to leave!

The view from the 2 sided lanai was breathtaking! We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Maui and this condo did not disappoint. The location was ideal and close to everything!

Great Views!

The Royal Kahana is in a great location! The condo was large, clean and well stocked with everything one would need for preparing meals. The beds were so very comfy. We had a fantastic and relaxing week on Maui.

Whales Galore!

A lovely quiet property very well equipped with whatever you need that has a fantastic view of the ocean. Several small cafes and stores within short walking distance. Only a view quick miles to Kaanapali Beach and Old Lahaina Town for more eating, shopping, beaches and tours! We would definitely stay here again!
