"Staff came to our door twice to interrupt to show us an iPad menu of food options which we didn’t request. No washcloths, only one hand towel and 2 bath towels for three people. Fan needed to be serviced for noise. Airport shuttle wasn’t available"

Kind, clean, comfortable!
"Very warm, helpful and kind staff. Allowed me to check in very early. Lovely garden area and pool for relaxing. Great views from my balcony. Undoubtedly a little dated but all other aspects made up for this."

"The staff were very helpful and the place whilst spartan is clean. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss but the views over Kigali whilst eating were brilliant."

"The advertisement said there is AC .there were none so i did not stay and will like a refund. Also not the whole apartment was available toe ,jist my bedroom and i was going to share with three other guest Thanks"
