Mahana 215 is a wonderful 2nd floor direct ocean front one bedroom with two baths condominium. Your spacious private lanai offers an intimate perspective of ocean and beach, especially for watching turtles, spinner dolphins, and, of course, humpback whales during the winter season. The water in front and around The Mahana Resort is perfect for snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing. When the surf's up, get ready for upfront seating on your private lanai, and watch exciting water sports attract professional surfers, kite surfers, windsurfers, and boogie boarders alike.

The Mahana is tucked away in a serene corner of Maui's vibrant "West Side", just a couple of miles north of the historic whaling village town of Lahaina, the ancient seat of the Hawaiian Royalty government. It also has direct access to the Ka'anapali beach boardwalk where you can take a morning run, a nice scenic walk along the ocean or even catch a fabulous dinner at the famous Duke's restaurant, just a short walk from Mahana 215.

Long Time Guests

We have stayed in various units at the Mahana for years. This year we were on the second floor which was lovely. It’s very quiet and relaxing. The unit showed some wear and tear but was adequate and clean.

Maui is the best!

We have stayed here for many years. This is the first time in this condo on floor 2. Overall it is good for the price. Nice view. Saw a few sea turtles. Ate at Dukes and breakfast was wonderful. I’ll be back

Clean room / excellent location…could use an update

Enjoyed our stay overall, however comparable to other rooms we’ve been in at a similar rate at the Mahana this one was a bit “rustic”. The tile limestone flooring looks tired, the guest toilet is very weak flushing (good for going #1 only) and the furnishings could use updating. The guest toilet seems to be a known issue as there is a plunger staged close by…which we used twice. It was nice they provided beach chairs / towels and the showers were very nice! Speaking of…There are a couple of shower doors isolating the small foyer from the living area…I’m not sure what the intended purpose is…but it was a real annoyance getting in and out of the room w/ our hands full. Plenty of amenities provided including soap, paper product and anything one would need for a week or so - it would be nice to have a small first aid kit as well…something to consider. Overall a nice room - just needs a modest update.

Great spot!

Everything as advertised! Loved waking up to ocean view! We could see sea turtles in the surf from the lanai. Reef is right there- perfect for snorkeling. I’m not sure how great it is for swimming- at low tide the reef is exposed, not a sandy bottom. Wonderful stay!

Amazing ocean front condo!

We enjoyed sitting in the recliner with a drink in our hands watching the beauty of the sunset. We even saw whales and dolphins in May. We will return to this magical condo.

We could not find a unit in the property the we usually stay in and I was concerned that this property would not be as enjoyable. I was wrong. This site is just a few properties down the shore and it is every bit as wonderful as our other. Mahalo. We will be back

Beautiful condo, perfect location and amazing sunset views

This condo was perfect for our week long honeymoon! It sits between several large resorts with easily accessible dining options, shops and a long boardwalk. The condo is on the second floor so you get a perfect view of the waves crashing, the palm trees and the sunset. It comes with a starter kit of shampoo/soap/laundry & dishwasher detergent which was very convenient plus beach chairs, umbrella & 2 coolers! This place has everything you need for your vacation. We didn’t use much of the amenities because we were out and about but the pool and hot tub area are well kept and not crowded this time of year. Highly recommend staying in this condo versus one of the larger resorts- you get so much more for your money. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Condo

Loved all the windows, such an amazing view! The outdoor furniture was wonderful and the indoor chairs in front of the windows worked great for when the sun was too hot on the lanai. My only suggestion would be too add a few more glasses and cups. We would stay here again.

Stop searching; this unit is perfection!

This unit is absolutely gorgeous! It was incredibly stocked. The view cannot be beat. Turtles are literally at your feet. The location is fabulous: grocery, food trucks, shopping, not overpopulated like other area. Thank you!

Perfect!!

We loved it. The view is spectacular! A family of sea turtles lives right in front of this balcony. So cool to watch and snorkel. Great amenities. We would not hesitate to stay in 215 again! Thank you for the perfect place to stay while in Maui.

Maui getaway

The property was as shown. Everything you needed was provided! Very clean and comfortable and an amazing view. Loved it was so convenient to walk the boardwalk and to other resorts and grocery store, didn't really need to drive anywhere! We hope to return!

Stunning view

Condo is wonderful. Amazing view. Chairs in front of window swivel, rock and have recliner foot rests. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice showers and towels. The curtains have been replaced with roll down blinds that cut out the glare from the evening sunsets but let you see through. Bedroom has those but also has roll down blackout blinds. There are beach chairs, umbrella and 2 coolers. 2nd floor location was perfect for watching the waves, people walking along the beach, paddle boarders and boats.

Beautiful condo

This condo far exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect. It was super clean and came with all the amenities you needed. It had three beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to rent any! The furniture out on the lanai was comfortable. Don’t think I will stay anywhere else when we come next. It was PERFECT! The only thing I can say is that the master bath shower needs to be toned down. The spray was way to hard. But other than that, it was awesome!!

Whales in paradise

Property was clean, employees were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room can’t be beat! It had everything needed except unbreakable plates for the lanai. It was within walking distance to food and groceries too. Very quiet and peaceful even with the slight construction going on.
