This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests. It has direct unobstructed ocean views that you can enjoy from your lanai or from the comfort of inside your condo.

The quiet surroundings and manicured tropical gardens at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer guests a wonderful sense of privacy yet all the exciting activities of Kaanapali Beach are close by. The resort is located in the central and convenient Honokowai area on Maui's west side. A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk that goes for miles and eventually leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke's restaurant next door or to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

Cannot stop talking about how amazing our stay and visit to Maui was. This unit at the Mahana was absolutely beautiful, clean, and with stunning views. The property grounds were also immaculate! The pool/hot tub were great. Beach access was amazing. We also used the grill at the pool and it was super clean. You can tell they care and pay attention to detail. Property manager was easy to text and call after hours when we extended our trip. Only minor thing was 3 of the 4 beach chairs in the unit were broken, but we made 2 of them work! The bed was also quite firm. Will definitely be back and tell our friends and family to book here as well.

This property is the perfect place to spend your time relaxing. Several eating options out but has a perfectly stocked kitchen to eat in. Several BBQ’s onsite. Quiet, great pool and you can’t believe the views. Literally all ocean and palm trees.

AMAZING STAY

We loved this vacation rental!!! It was everything we hoped for in a babymoon, clean, comfortable, good location. It is as stunning as the photos appear to be. The kitchen is well set up to cook, we had at least one meal every day there, including a daily mocktail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Mauii.

Absolutely perfect

Mahana 307 was absolutely perfect for us and our vacation! The concierge (Darcy) was a nice/surprise bonus with great suggestions. The location was ideal, just off the main road, so very convenient without the traffic. The property was quiet and clean. The unit itself has beautiful views and was well decorated and well stocked. We were able to watch turtles, monk seal, and even spinner dolphin pods from our balcony. We could hear the waves crashing inside the condo. Absolutely Perfect place... this is our new regular retreat!

A little slice of heaven

The unit was everything as in the pictures. Didn't disappoint. Hearing the waves an night, lulling you to slumber land, what a treat! Almost everything you need ( could use an umbrella and and a not broken cooler handle) The mirrored wall gives you a virtual 180 degree view, to see lots of turtles! Decent snorkeling out front. Saw turtles, lobsters and a large stingray. Plus a bunch of colorful fish. The grounds and property are very well kept . We would definitely stay there again!

Maui Oasis!!!

This property was incredible. We have nothing but great things to say about it! The pictures are completely accurate - a beautiful, clean, waterfront property. Peaceful and great amenities, including the beach where you could walk for miles with so many snorkeling opportunities to see fish and turtles if you have the gear! Property management was accommodating, helpful, and kind! They truly made the stay worry and hassle free. We are so glad we chose the Vrbo route rather than a hotel on the island and definitely will be coming back!!

Restful Retreat

Property was wonderful with the crashing waves so close you could hear them at all times. Everyday we saw turtles and whales! Wonderful stay! Our room had a very musty or stale smell when we first would walk in but went away after a few minutes in the room. Amenities were great with a well stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and cooler were a hit!

Paradise!!!

Our stay at the condo was perfect! As soon as we walked in we went out on the lanai and saw turtles swimming and a monk seal!! Hearing the waves crashing while you lay in bed was heaven!! The whole complex was quiet and peaceful and we had no issues. We enjoyed exploring the area and walking down the beach. We ate at Java Jazz once for breakfast and once for dinner. It is a really cool place and within walking distance. We ate at Dukes for breakfast one morning and it was wonderful! I snorkeled off the beach and saw beautiful coral and fish. My advice is to be very cautious though because it is very tricky getting in and out since the coral and rock come all the way to the shoreline in some areas. We would absolutely stay again!!! Just as an fyi, the toilet does periodically start running which wasn’t an issue but thought you might want to know in case you want to check for a leak to conserve water. Mahalo!!!

Birthday Get Away

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we could possibly need. It was nice not having to rent beach stuff. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler was all we needed to head to any beach. We could watch the sun set each night from our room. It’s a large condo but was quiet at night with no issues w loud neighbors. Thank you!
