Our roomy studio condominium offers the comforts of home in paradise.

This unit is air conditioned and has a full kitchen with plenty of room to relax. Steps away you will find a pool (one of three pools on property) for your enjoyment. Our Castaway bar is also located near this pool, so relax and enjoy!

Play tennis at one of the nearby courts or play championship golf at one of the nearby Kaanapali courses.

A wonderful stay

This is our second time at this resort and this property was far better because of its excellent location and closeness to the pool, beach, and Castaway Cafe. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Happiness on the beach

Great clean location with fully stocked and upgraded bathroom and kitchen. It was nice to have a short walk to the beach and snorkeling park. We were just steps away from the lounge chairs at the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The Dyson vacuum was a game changer. It was the first time I’ve ever had a really good vacuum when staying in one of the Mkv units and it made such a difference. As a single mom with three little kids, you can imagine staying in a studio for over 10 days. Can you feel a little tight and cramped but I was very much so able to keep the unit clean every day again the Dyson vacuum was the game changer. Location was awesome. The beds were comfortable, but you know was stocked with everything we needed, and I really really like the bathroom remodel that you guys did. Look forward to hopefully staying with you again.

Loved it!

This is a great condo. Prefect for two. Had everything we needed - including beach chairs, noodles, beach bag, and boogie boards. Love stating at the MKV - very relaxing, small scale resort within walking distance to lots!

Fabulous condo on one of the best beaches in the world!

I highly recommend this beach vacation rental! The location is spot on! The rental itself is decorated tastefully and was super clean! You have two pools and hot tubs, a restaurant, the beach, snorkel and cabana rentals, on-site massages, and a trolley that runs to Whaler’s village. It doesn’t get much better!

Another wonderful two week stay in this villa

This resort property is very nice and well kept up. The close beach access and the great walking paths are the best. The unit has a comfortable bed and very nice kitchen with great appliances, pots and pans etc.It is a very short walk to beach and quick minute to the main pool/spa. This was our fourth stay -the host, Shawna is very helpful and available for questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place to stay! We felt very welcome -Maui needs you back!

Back to Paradise

We have been coming to this resort (and this property in particular) for almost 20 years and we have never been disappointed. The Owner upgrades the property frequently and it feels like a friend’s guest house instead of an impersonal condominium. The location is absolutely ideal (close to the pool, the beach, and the ocean) and the resort has a “family vibe” instead of a business vibe.

Location, Location

We have stayed here before and love the resort and this unit. Would definitely stay again as we love main floor rentals as the Lanai’s are much larger. Also for us we love this side of the resort, never in direct sun. Close to pool, beach and Castaway restaurant. A few minor issues need to be addressed and have notified the property manager.

Wonderful unit at Maui Kaanapali Villas. Great location and well equipped and furnished unit. Only real issue was check in where the front desk couldn't confirm that the unit was ready for occupancy and the local management company for the unit never replied to the inquiries

Paradise!

We’ve stayed at this property in the past and love the friendly, relaxed vibe, handy restaurant, and the beautiful beach just steps away. This was our first stay in a ground-level unit near the pool though. It was great to be so close to everything, and the unit was fully stocked and very clean. The only downside to being right next to the pool is the constant parade of people passing by on the beach walk. Some people might want more privacy but for us the trade-off of being so close to the pool and beach was worth it.

Very nice condo in a great location.

Unit was as advertised with upgraded appliances. We typically avoid studio units, but these units are large with plenty of space. Unit had everything we needed. Location to pool, restaurant and beach was great. The hot water failed, but was fixed quickly.

Good location

The thing I like most about this unit was it location. Right across from the pool, close to the beach, and on the walking trail. The thing that was most unappealing was the air conditioner was not working and the washer and dryer is not in the unit, but in another building, which was also not working. I would go back, but not until the air conditioning is fixed. It would’ve been helpful to know this before we arrived.
