What do you want from a holiday home. Short walk to the beach, shops, cafes and pubs? Well this holiday home has it all, and perfect for two families. This 2 x storey fully contained home is ready for your holiday. Upstairs has the master bedroom and an en-suite. There is another large dorm style bedroom for the kids, a renovated kitchen, dining area, living room with big screen TV. There are two upstairs balconies ideal for those afternoon sun downers or evening BBQ's. Downstairs has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry and a small lounge room with another TV. Out the back has a large grassed area with fish cleaning facilities. There is also an outdoor shower ideal for that wash down after your fun at the beach. A/C in both upstairs and downstairs living areas.

The bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens, 1 x Double, 1 x Single, 2 x Bunks, 1 x Tri-Bunk. Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults.

Small Outside Pets welcome, Outside Only.

Please note: No Wi-Fi at this property.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats. Only enough consumables for one night.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. Amazing place

Our whole group enjoyed the stay and we wish it was longer. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. There was an amazing view from the balcony for sunset and the morning views with the birds chirping was a great start to the day. Jurien bay is beautiful which made the stay even more amazing.

Family Fun

The position and outlook of the house is amazing. It is ideal for large families and the enclosed back yard keeps the kids happy. Walking distance to the shops and a shorter walk to the swimming beach. Also close to the boat ramp.

Short trip away

The accommodation was very nice but the cleaning process needs to be looked at .There was a influx of ants constantly especially downstairs bedrooms. There was mice droppings through the pantry cupboard. I found a broken false fingernail in the master bedroom upstairs. But overall we would stay there again. Very good location.

Weekend Getaway

Sands Beach House was the perfect location to fit a large group of mates and enjoy everything Jurien Bay has to offer at a reasonable price.

This is a fairly old house with old decor but the kitchen is fairly new and very well equipped . The house wasn’t super clean but was ok. The remainder of the house is fairly old style but it’s fit for purpose. Plenty of space and kids had a great time . 3min walk from beach. 1 aircon up stairs in longe and pedestal fans for bed rooms.

Beach house - Jurien bay

Comfortable for what we needed - family and friends reunion. close to beach for long walks and to clear the mind. Spot of beach fishing. Close to town and facilities. Central for drive to Green Head / Cervanties. Dog friendly which was why we booked this accommodation. 2 hour drive North of Perth
