"Wunderschöne kleine Villa unter Eichenbäumen. Alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber. Super Rezeption Mitarbeiter äußerst zuvorkommend. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Konoba Njivice sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal Essen gehen möchte "

"Wieder zurück von einem schönen erholsamen Urlaub mit Mann und Hund möchten wir uns für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen bietet viel Platz auch für Kinder. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung zu sehen, kein Neubau aber dafür eine Wohnung mit Charme... Im Aussenbereich gibt es viele Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten und der Pool sorgt für Erfrischung. "

"Adriana war der tollste Gastgeber! Sie kümmert sich um alles, und das Haus ist wunderschön. 🤩 Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns erholt. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Wir hatten die Poolheizung gebucht und dadurch jeden Tag bis Ende September noch Spaß beim Schwimmen. Vielen Dank für alles!"

"Großzügiges Anwesen, ca. 30 Stufen bis zur Haustür, Balkon, Terrasse mit Liegen und Pool mit Liegen. Alles sehr gepflegt. Küche mit allem was man braucht in ausreichender Menge und guter Qualität vorhanden. Pool sehr sauber mit Service. Alles im allen hatten wir einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub.Jederzeit gerne wieder. "

"Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. "

"Very warm welcome an nice, helpfull host, Eda. Located in the middle of the mountains, very quiet and beautiful environment. The house was very comfortable and clean. All facilities are present. We used the outside kitchen almost every day. The pool is nice and big enough for a refreshing splach in the warm climate of Istria."

"Clean property, spacious and comfortable rooms, felt very homely and safe. pool was great, good size and temperature, a lot of outdoor space and lovely garden. we were made to feel very welcome. very quiet and sleepy village. The small shop across the road is great for all basic needs, and more. Distance to the rest of Istria was really convenient, and we even made it to Postojna caves in 1hr 40min. Nearest big shops were 20 min away. Great place to enjoy the area as well as relaxation 'at...

"Ich habe mit meiner Familie und unseren Hunden 12 erholsame Tage verbracht. Wir waren zu 6 und mit 3 Hunden unterwegs. Die Häuser Aufteilung war für uns ideal, so hatte jeder seine eigenes Reich und seine Rückzugs Möglichkeiten.Wir hatten etwas Pech unser Boiler war kaputt. Die Kontaktaufnahme lief problemlos über WhatsApp und der Boiler wurde schnellstmöglich repariert. Jeden zweiten Tag kam der Hausmeister, kümmerte sich um den Pool und alles andere. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage."
