"Room very clean"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Requests were promptly granted. Only complaint is the entrance drive---back side of stores w/dumpsters is not attractive."

"The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were immaculate. Beautiful views of the intracoastal and a short walk from Tiki 52."

"The hotel was under renovation but did not take away from a very clean, welcoming staff, good breakfast and quiet rooms at night and comfy bed. Shower water pressure was very light is my negative and that parking was $10 each night not sure why was not in an area that was needed to pay."

"Breakfast had to wait for eggs replacement for over 15 mins. Guest had to keep asking for replacing items. Instead staff keeps eyes on the items. Second had to move other room due next door had Two dogs kept barking for hours."

"I must say this place is a "DUMP"! I had a reservation for another location (See my 5-Star review of Fernando Flats) but they were booked for the prior day, so I had to select Singer Island Inn as it was the only option on Expedia. WOW It is rundown, beaten-up and unclean. When we arrived the apartment smelled like weed! There were dead roaches and everything was dirty (see pics). "I will never stay there again"

"The Continental and American breakfast was included in the hotel vacation stay and it was a a missing, they didn't have it because the hotel only had coffee and orange juice for breakfast. So, as a Marriott shareholders I gotta buy for few days delivery extra creamers and the American breakfast every day for 20 nights at the Denny's next door. Denny's breakfast: eggs with bacon, sausage waffle, muffins, pancakes, coffee and juice for $15 dollars. Thanks. Sincerely, The Westin."
