You can smell the ocean in every breeze. Walking distance to the only dog beach in Palm Beach County, just through Carlin Park. This beautiful condo boasts an outstanding location near shopping, theater, ocean, inlet waterway, parks, restaurants, and much more. Spacious living room and full kitchen with wonderful lake views. 2 master bedrooms with attached bathrooms and and additional bedroom, plus bonus loft. (An additional Palm Beach County tourism tax of 6% will be responsibility of renter.)
PER HOA REGULATION, NO COMMERCIAL TRUCKS, LARGE DOGS, RVs, or MOTORCYCLES.

What a great stay. The unit backs up to Carlin Park. The Beach is on the other side of the park. Dog friendly beach from the south of Carlin Park. The unit is well stocked and very comfortable.

Perfect location!

Easy check in. Well stocked and equipped condo. Loved the three full bathrooms. Great location. Plenty of parking. Walkable to pickleball, tennis, pool and beach. Carlin park is just next door and has a lovely walking trail.

Winter Break

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Bella Vista. The proximity to all that Jupiter has to offer is great. The unit was comfortable for a group of 6 family members. Tyler was responsive to some questions that we had during our stay. Recommend for families of 4-6 guests.

A wonderful property! The condo was clean, well, equipped, comfortable, and included great amenities. Close distance to the park Pickleball courts and the beach. Tyler was a very responsive host, willing to accommodate all our needs.

Great condo

Condo is just as described, we enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach, which is beautiful. We walked over to Carlin Park and played pickleball and also enjoyed the courts and pool at the condo.

Wedding weekend

10/10, this was such an amazing stay, host was extremely communicative and the best area to walk with friends. We walked to the beach (5 mins) and walked to harbourside. Could not have chosen a better location for our bridal party and groomsmen to stay. Thank you!!

Last visit, felt unsafe.

The condo itself was clean, stocked, accommodating. Our second stay here within the last 7 years. Our only complaints, regarding the condo specifically, are it taking an entire night for the a/c to cool the unit (it gets set to 78 upon guest departure, and it is unGodly hot and humid in south Florida in late July). We bought tower fans x 3 to cool things off.The wifi router was unplugged upon our arrival and was spotty service for the duration of our visit. Luckily our crew isn't much for TV and electronics while on family vacation. It would be Extremely hard to complete business with the wifi set up here. The personnel (guard shack attendant) on site was awful. It's a terribly militant HOA and more of a retirement style vibe for the neighborhood. Unsure why there are VRBO properties here (they are Not welcoming to guests). The guard shack attendant was rude/aggressive, barked orders at us with his pants undone (and this was a trend, the half clothed issue, many times when we passed by coming and going) and he came down for a yell when my son and I were at the pool on our last full day of our stay. It was unprofessional and it was harrassing. He surveils the pool, with pants down, and may come to yell at and threaten us (we accidentally, as it isn't posted, and I was unaware of the rule, jumped {not diving} into the 6ft depth swimming pool) guests, but does Nothing when an elderly gentleman fell the day prior, to assist. It was appalling behavior. Beware. He scared us.

Lovely Jupiter home minutes from beach

Hi, This was a lovely house just minutes from local resorts, beaches and great restaurants. The house had plenty of space for us, our four children and their grandmother. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We will be back!

Good location

This is a good, adequate unit. It felt a bit dated. There were some matters that needed attention such as not having paper towels, not enough toilet paper or facial napkins, trash bins in the toilets and bedrooms, etc. However, the stay was good, and the location was very good because it was close to family.

Beach and Food.

Great place and very short walk to Carlen Park Beach which is clean and beautiful. Founds lots of shark teeth too. Lots of very close awesome restaurants. Very safe and quiet area. Lots more to do like tennis, pickle ball, pool house, racquetball and more but we opted for lots of beach time and walking was just about the same time as driving when you cut through the safe and open park next door. Own was very accessible when we texted with questions. Big place too with all the amenities! Thanks for sharing your home with us.
