"They need to changed the carpet in the rooms. The carpet looked clean, but smelled a little musty. Everything else is very clean."

"Third floor has stale smoke aroma to it, hallways and our room. No ice machine available and ice maker in room refrigerator did not produce a single cube during our 3 night stay. Room was nice and clean and good value for the price."

My Garner rep fought for me as she even went out of her way to get the Clayton GM involved. In the end, i was told I lost out on that reservation and the money spent.
