"Room was as expected from listing. Could do with more storage for ski clothes for 4 people but was very nice. The pool and spa area is amazing and the restaurants onsite were great. A simple 10 minute bus straight upto the hill made it an easy stay. "

"Our Kids Loved the ice rink and outside fires to roast marshmallows and keep warm. The little kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed the TV break while we played games by the fire. Our hosts were fantastic and helpful.Thank you!"

"This unit is in a larger complex of Hotel Canoe. Daily housekeeping like in a hotel. Accommodations very clean and nice. Hot tub area has amazing views and plenty of room, including a fire pit. The unit we rented was listed as 3 bedrooms but it was actually 2 bedrooms with a divider - one door to the room. It worked fine but we were a bit surprised. The location is great because it is an easy walk to downtown Banff. The Roam bus shuttle is free with this booking but we didn’t use it at all,...

"r stay was amazing, I took my 15-year-old daughter for our very first girls trip to Banff and this hotel was above and beyond all our expectations! The service was amazing, The room was clean and well layed out. Its within close walking distance to the main street whixh was very handy. The hot tub was so fun, The facilities were clean and the feeling of sitting in an underground yet open air cave was a very cool experience, We absolutely would stay there again"
