"It was so busy in Banff and we couldn't find parking. The hotel provided us with bus passes and the bus stop was right beside the resort. Sitting on the deck to have morning coffee was beautiful. It was nice to have the hot tub also. The rooms are lovely, clean and the shampoo/conditioner are from a local company, which is great."

"Location, location - staying here will make everything you do around Banff so easy! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Check-in and out was so easy. Absolutely would do this again. "

"Room was as expected from listing. Could do with more storage for ski clothes for 4 people but was very nice. The pool and spa area is amazing and the restaurants onsite were great. A simple 10 minute bus straight upto the hill made it an easy stay. "

"Spectacular view. Shuttle to downtown Banff is efficient. The outside spa wasnt working and the gym is dated. Tennis and pickleball courts are very nice. Staff's great."

"Our Kids Loved the ice rink and outside fires to roast marshmallows and keep warm. The little kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed the TV break while we played games by the fire. Our hosts were fantastic and helpful.Thank you!"

"This property was PERFECT for our recent stay in Banff. The owner provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including several tips on where to eat and who to use to book activities. The fact that it was a relatively easy 10-15 minute walk from downtown Banff was a real plus given that traffic and finding available parking was a nightmare downtown."

"Our family of 10 adults spent a wonderful week in Banff. This home was the perfect location, the property manager was very responsive, and had we not run into the tenants who live there when we first parked, we would t have even known they were there. Would for sure stay there again!"
