Staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help, special mention to Tanatsei and Kudzai at the reception. Management shouldn’t force staff to say, “refreshing morning”, refreshing afternoon”, it sounds so acted and unauthentic, greeting should be natural and authentic, not scripted. ...
