↬ Near new stunning 4 bedroom house, beautifully decorated and designed. ↬ Master Bedroom has a walk in robe, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, King sized bed, office area, T.V. with DVD player built in, en-suite with shower, toilet and vanity. ↬ Second Bedroom has a Double bed with wardrobe, ceiling fan. ↬ Third Bedroom has a Double bed with wardrobe, ceiling fan. ↬ Fourth Bedroom has a Queen bed with wardrobe, ceiling fan. ↬ Main bathroom consists of a Bath and separate shower, vanity. ↬ Toilet is separate from the main bathroom. ↬ Lounge room is stunning with big comfy couches, flat screen big Smart T.V., with free unlimited Netflix to enjoy movies and T.V. series, beautifully decorated and designed. ↬ Kitchen is absolutely heaven to cook in, with gas cooking, dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer, all plate ware, glassware, cook wear, utensils etc. ↬ All Bedrooms have block out blinds. ↬ Dining area is just off the kitchen with a stunning table setting seats 8 people. ↬ Laundry room has a washing machine and complimentary washing powder included. ↬ Secure lock up garage has a remote control access. ↬ Comes with a lock up safe. ↬ Patio has an out door setting with a BBQ free to use. ↬ Back yard is great for the family, fully fenced. ↬ Beach/pool towels are supplied to use for your tours or beach outings.

↬ Situated in a gated estate only people with the code can access this estate, making it private, safe and quiet. ↬ There is a fantastic Pub close by only 2-3 blocks away, they also have a courtesy bus that can collect you and take you back home, fabulous meals !! ↬ 10 min walk or 1 min drive to IGA supermarket, Liquor Store, cafe, all situated where IGA is. ↬ Relaxed area among the locals & away from the party scene ↬ Only 1 min drive/short bus to Airlie's Main Street & Lagoon. ↬ Some tours and restaurants also offer free shuttles. ↬ Public boat launch at Port of Airlie 1 min drive away ↬ Jubilee Pocket is considered to be the closest suburb to Airlie Beach, and we love that about it! It has a relaxed, beachy vibe.
↬ BUSES: Are super easy only few mins walk to the bus stop. ↬ WALK: Plenty of things are walkable from our location, including the beach, Airlie Beaches main Shopping Centre. ↬ DRIVE/TAXI: Drive yourself everywhere or get a Taxi 131008 (everything is a short drive from our central location) NOTE- No ubers in Airlie. ↬ FREE SHUTTLES: Some tours & restaurants also offer free shuttles, so be sure to ask when you book with them!
↬ You will be looked after, we have over 40 properties in Airlie Beach, and have been doing Air Bnb for over 5 years now as a full time owner/manager. ↬ We can organise your bus transfers to and from the airport. ↬ We book tours and can organise pick ups to and from tours, before you even arrive. ↬ Accessible any time of the night for late check ins. ↬ Self check in anytime after check in time 2pm, unless the unit is ready for an earlier check in, feel free to call us the day of arrival. ↬ We hire out cots and prams must book in advance. ↬ We supply a complimentary starter kit for your stay, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, just to make your stay even easier. The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property. TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present. No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 8 guests allowed on this property. NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE. PARKING: is available off and on street. GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden. PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels. KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property. SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed. TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.

The property was good except the gardens were of poor condition the screen slide door fly screen to back patio was all ripped so no use having glass do opened to enjoy fresh air thru it most of the house was pretty good
