"Property itself is clean well lit at night well taken care of easy to check in and great communication with the host. Prepare for a ride to everything as it is secluded at the most northern point of the island on a horribly not paved rough sandy road so rent a jeep and prepare to drive for food coffee chalk sound turtle cove like 25 minutes to everything which I didn’t mind because of the price. Blue hills is close by and u have to drive through to get home don’t turn as I warned a few times...

"We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though.
