"I really enjoyed the location. It felt like living as a Parisian, right in the middle of everyday city life. The area is vibrant both day and night, with people constantly on the move or simply enjoying themselves, and plenty of small, unique restaurants to explore.
That said, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal spot. The neighborhood has an active nightlife, with open cafes and music well into the evening.

"The location was amazing! I had read reviews that the Ubers or cabs would not take you all the way up to Montmartre and that we would need to climb the many stairs to reach the apartment self . That was not true. We never had issues getting Ubers to drop us off but did have a tough time getting picked up early Sunday am to head to the train station. We are an active family and walked everywhere from this location or took a train. The number of stairs to get to this area easily 180 steep...

"I would 100% recommend this apartment building. It was so close to the Eiffel Tower , metro station and so many great restaurants. The AC worked well during the heat wave as well."

"Excellent stay except: heater in bedroom wasn’t working. Heated towel rack also not working and also there were no instructions for it. The host offered to send workers to repair them during our stay but it should have been checked before our stay. "

"Tolle Lage, gemütlich, großartige Kommunikation. Die Schlüsselabgabe und -abholung war einfach, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass sie näher an der Wohnung ist. Die Unterkunft sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip. "フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。 特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。 部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です 観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。"

"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm.
The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. "

"Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back."
