Home Base Resort #7

  • This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Comfortable and convenient stay

We enjoyed our stay at Home Base! We were traveling with dogs, and that was easy, affordable, and we felt very welcomed in all of our interactions. House was clean and very comfortable, certainly recommend it for anyone traveling through or staying a few days in the area.

We had a three night stay it was great everything was clean and it had all the cooking and cleaning essentials! The host was quick to respond during check in and super friendly if we ever decide to stay in Joseph again this will definitely be our go to!

Perfect little house.

Perfect

We needed a place to stay for our trip around Marysvale. Super easy checkin and checkout. The place was clean and exactly what we needed. My only complaint is the pillow situation, but I have troubles no matter where I go. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Property was perfect for what we were wanting. Clean, new, had all the basics that we needed. The onsite ice cream was a big plus as well. Lots of room to park trailer and four wheelers

Cute little place to stay!

This cute little house was perfect for our stay! It was so clean and nice. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We loved the loft bedroom. The location was great and the area was super quiet. Check in was easy and Shane was really great to work with to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again and really loved our stay here!!!

Had everything we needed for our trip. Would have been nice to use the garage to park the classic Mustang we had down there for a car show. The listing should probably note that the garage is not to be used for cars.

Good experience!

It was a quick one night but we had a good time here. We were able to watch a movie easy. Also the dishes in the kitchenette made it easy to have breakfast in the morning. There's a quick stop real close. Overall it was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there or close by.

Absolutely gorgeous! Everything was perfectly clean, check-in process was easy, plenty of kitchen essentials, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels even a cooler and small trailer if you carry a bunch of stuff to the beach, checkout instructions were easy. The views from the porch are terrific!!!! We loved sitting out there in the morning enjoying our breakfast and again in the evening to grill out and relax. The pool and hot tubs were a great way to unwind late in the afternoon. The neighborhood was quiet and the location near the beach, restaurants, food and gift shopping made it easy to access just about anything you need. The home was perfectly decorated just like the pictures showed. We absolutely couldn't have chosen a better home for our stay!!

We had an event at Eagle Point, and there was nothing available in Beaver. This little place was awesome and fit our needs. I'm marking this as a place to stay next time I'm in the area.
