Home Base Resort #2

  • This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with three twin beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Joseph Home Base Resort

We had a really good time staying at the Home Base Resort in Joseph, Ut. It was close to all yhe places we wanted to go, including Richfield, San Rafael and Freemont State Park. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to stay for the night

Stayed here overnight on a road trip with our dog. Conveniently located right off the highway. The house was clean and had all the practical amenities we needed. Would stay again!

Comfy/cozy getaway

We have stayed at Honebase 5 or 6 times. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when we are in this area. It has everything we need & it's conveniently off the freeway. The staff are fantastic. Especially Sharon & there's a little store with ice cream & a few other goodies. Their homemade salsa & carrot cake are fabulous!

Very happy

We were very pleased with this stay! Our kids loved the upstairs where they stayed. They thought it was a fun/ cool setup. 😁 The bedroom my husband and I stayed in had a comfortable bed and spacious! The accommodations for our pets was the icing on the cake for us! We hope to stay here again next time we visit family here.

Great stay!

We came down to go look at petroglyphs and pictographs around Fremont Indian State Park and stayed overnight at this location. These are the cutest tiny homes. They allow pets and are so clean! The people are friendly and the owner responds to everything right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Perfect Restful Tiny Home

Perfect place to stop and rest as we did from a long drive. Forget the hotels, stay here. Brand new, clean and cozy. Soft bedding. Great air conditioning. Good for our dog, green lawn behind house, good for throwing ball. Hiking and ATV friendly place. Beautiful Mountain View’s!

Quiet, clean and homie.

This small tiny house is bigger than expected! My family of 4 and our dog stayed and there. We had plenty of room! We didn’t feel cramped or crunched into the home, we all had our space! The manager and also owner of the property are phenomenal! They were so attentive to our needs and made sure everything was just perfect. It’s so hard to find good customer service now days, that is not the case here they go above and beyond. If you need a small quiet home for your stay, this is your place!

It wasn’t bad, loft area and bedroom were good. There was a stale old gummy worm on the back of the couch on arrival. We did have to buy a pan to cook in, they provided pots but no pans. There were crumbs all over the stairs. Overall just under cleaned could use a bit more maintenance. (Just a touch of landlord special)

Nice stay

Nice location and the store clerk is super sweet!! The one thing that caught me off guard is the smoking policy. It's listed currently as no smoking, which most rentals are anyways, but usually smoking or vaping is allowed away from the house or property. This was a completely smoke and vape free property/campground type also totally fine but it would have been nice to know prior to arriving and actually in the VRBO listing. All in all, great spot and would be back again.
