"Spent the weekend doing work prepping my parent's home for sale, which was in the same neighborhood and very convenient.Larry was easy to reach and communicative, and the space is very welcoming with snacks and drinks. He even had some extra food he happened to cook that week that I was able to use for breakfast.He is out of the way and allows you to relax on your own, but is very reachable as needed and friendly and helpful when you encounter him."

"We stayed four nights for college graduation in town. The house is very well stocked with all that we needed to provide for our large group. Comfortable setting, quiet neighborhood, and close to everything. "

Neat little cottage - I was a single, so plenty of room for me. And, a "Pac-man" video arcade machine to boot - fun times. I plan on returning to the area in the Fall and would certainly stay here again, if available."
