Nestled along the serene Moosabec Shore; this exquisite 2 bedroom, 2 bath post & beam chalet home offers a captivating coastal living experience on the picturesque shores of Chandler Bay in Jonesport, Maine. With 170 feet of private oceanfront, this property boasts breathtaking views of the expansive open ocean and charming scattered islands that dot the horizon. Spanning 1400 square feet, this thoughtfully designed chalet home is a true haven for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. The 1st floor living area is bathed in an abundance of natural light streaming through the large windows, creating an inviting and airy ambiance. Step inside and be greeted by the stunning vistas that unfold before you, as well as the seamless connection to the outdoors from the inviting living area or the adjacent exterior deck. Oh my goodness

My husband and I recently stayed at this cottage and it was perfect. First the location, it is amazing. It is quiet, relaxing and a perfect spot to sit and watch the ocean. We enjoyed watching the lobster fisherman go out and come back in everyday. We then would go to Looks Lobster and pick up fresh lobsters from the dock and paid dock prices. My husband and I made them at the cottage, as James, the owner, had everything right there…..he had the pot and the claw crackers. There is nothing like fresh lobster. We come from Nebraska, so the fresh lobster was something we were looking forward to. The cottage itself is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are fluffy. Towels were not old or frayed and they were in great shape. So many windows that look out directly on the ocean. Great deck with chairs and a table for outdoor dining. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the tides roll in and out. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need to prepare your meals. The bathroom worked great, the shower was wonderful. I really can not express how magical this place is and if you are looking in this area for a vacation rental do not pass this place up.

5 STAR.....BREATHTAKING VIEWS. ABSOLUTELY AT PEACE.

First time visiting Maine, was our 18th wedding anniversary. Enjoyed multiply lobster dinners on the deck while feeling an awesome ocean breeze. Stayed 5 nights, each night better then the next. The owner of the property (James) was first class. He provided us and suggested place to eat and visit. We purchased live lobster from local lobster boats. James the cottage owner provides everything needed to cook the freshest Maine lobster. Sitting on the deck watching lobster boats setting and pulling pot was just an added bonus. We went fishing, seen seals, porpoises, a shark, eagles, seagulls, sunfish, etc. We visited Bar habor, Eastport and everything in between.The cottage, the owner, the location, the views, the peacefulness are truly 5 STAR....a 10 star in my book. We will be visiting again. To say we enjoyed our stay is an understatement. Thanks Josh and Richell
