"This propeety was everything we expected and more. A large kitchen stocked with everything a cook would want. A farmer's porch to sit on and have your coffee while watching the lobster boats go in and out of the bay. The home is located on a sparsely populated peninsula perfect for de-stressing. Lots of hiking, waterfront exploring, wildlife and of course fresh seafood!"

"I loved the concept. However, it was a muddy mess to get back there. I don’t mind mud but you can’t carry everything back with you. I think they could put a path way with wood berms or hravel. I fell and slid in mud so walking back with a clean change of clothes impossible because your most definiy gonna fall i. the mud. loved the animals though"

"Great rustic lodging. Helpful and friendly host. Beautiful area and close to many hiking trails in parks and preserves. Highly recommended if you want simple, rustic lodging with comfortable accommodations (nice bed, everything needed for a compact kitchen to prepare meals, and nice picnic table for eating outdoors). "We stayed at the Dome Home for a quiet weekend away. This is the first VRBO that we took our dogs with, excuse the owner allowed pets. It was so great having them with us. My husband and I loved the comfortable king size bed and my kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen and bathroom are separate from the Dome Home which was perfect for me because I got quiet, alone time while cooking. Perfect for moms! "We loved this place on Orange Lake. Such a cute cabin and relaxing. The living area looked out onto the lake and the kitchen were incredibly well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We spent an evening by the fire pit staring at the lake at sunset; they provided ample firewood. Patsy and Ken were great, responsive hosts. "Troy’s cabin is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lake is literally just steps away from the door, and there are lots of windows and doors that look out over the water. A pair of geese with 3 chicks hung out right next to us, as did a mallard duck. The location is handy to many places downeast. Troy was helpful and even brought us some local coffee. We can’t recommend his place enough!"

"Quiet and Secluded. We had a great time sitting around the fire, great memories, very clean, The kids had a great time. The top bunk mattress was fine for my 8 year old but would have been a bit stiff for me. My older son slept on the futon he loved it. Plenty of towels, The water heater is a small one but we could each get nice hot showers if we waited a bit between. It would reheat quickly for the next shower. "
