"Claims to be a 4-star hotel but more like a 2.5-star hotel. Cleanliness is an issue, there’s a musky smell in the rooms, and the towels were old and worn out. The only positive was the access to the mall, otherwise, for the quality of the rooms and service, not really worth the price."

"There was slight fragrance in the room. Not sure that is standard for all their rooms. The fragrance is a bit annoying as it's not the type of fragrance I like. Since it's only 1 night, I just endured it and didn't complaint or anything."

"Go outside Singapore and Malaysian school holidays and the water park, Legoland and amenities are basically yours. Great for kids 5-10. There are bricks everywhere. We had to pull them out of thr foyer to do anything. Great theme. Great experience. Eat outside the hotel."
