"We had a fantastic stay at the Hideaway in Hays Beach. We were coming up to see our 93yr old Grandmother who lives about 45 minutes away. Our families rented two homes in the area and were able to enjoy our time with three generations that aren’t able to see each other often. The home was exactly as shown, perfectly decorated and incredibly well stocked! We’d absolutely come back!"

"The house was a perfect size for the 3 of us. My grandson enjoyed crabbing and fishing off the dock. We rented bikes nearby and went for a nice bike ride around Blackwater Refuge. Loved the sunrises and sunsets and the extremely peaceful location. We even had a little visitor. My grandson named the little kitty Hooper. "

Easy beach access for fossil hunting. The clothes washer and dryer were on the first floor for easy access (not in a damp basement!). We would definitely stay again. "We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"Was looking for a low-key spot to enjoy the water with a couple of friends and we got exactly what we wanted. Was able to enjoy beautiful views of the water, got lots of sun but also was able to sit in the shade if needed. Seems very kid friendly so hope to be back with mine!"

"This home sits right on the water! It is beautiful! We watched ships roll by, ducks bobbing on the water, and flocks of geese flying and landing on the water. The view from both lower and upper decks are amazing! We spent lots of time on the decks even though it was cold - we just covered ourselves with blankets. "we stayed for work, plenty of things to do in the area. plenty of space in the house. everything was clean."
