"Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended."

"Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner."

"Breakfast buffet was great, SO many choices!! Elevator has been down for two months and we were on the 8th floor, so it was quite crowded ascending and descending. Front staff was very nice! Bed was quite comfortable and having a microwave and mini- fridge was great."

"Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down...

"Clean room, however not enough space in a king room. One person fine, two are on top of each other. You could hear everything above, below and beside you when people about about. View was great, tv was very large so great. I did not try out the breakfast bar. Loved the proxmity to the mall. Walkable. Staff was very accommodating. All in all the experience was really good and and I will choose the hotel again when I am in Columbus."

"The pictures did not accurately reflect the property. The hallway carpets were dirty, and guests frequently left trash outside their doors, where it often remained for extended periods. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. The rooms themselves were in better condition than the common areas, but overall, I would not recommend this as a first-choice stay."

"The new renovation of the rooms are a welcome change. The elevator though has not changed, still slow and creaky. All in all everything was fine during my stay."
