This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home.

Nearby attractions include Binghamton University, Broome Community College, Ross Park Zoo & as many parks. Close to the Binghamton Airport.

Many restaurants and taverns are within a 5-10 minute drive. My favorites include: Town Diner, Craft, Dos Rios, Tully's and the Pour House.

Enjoy the whole home spaces including: full kitchen, living room, dining area, work space, outdoor dining and outdoor seating.

The whole home is yours to enjoy.

No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello.

Quiet, urban neighborhood. Centrally located to Hospitals, Binghamton University, BCC, Enjoy Golf Course, Binghamton Airport and many restaurants and shops. Close to Owego, Tioga Downs Casino, Endicott, Vestal and Binghamton. Enjoy many restaurants like Tully's, Fire and Ice, The Pour House, etc. The Oakdale Mall is a short drive away. Convenient shopping within walking distance.

The bus stop is 1/2 a block away. It is walking distance to downtown and UHS (Wilson Hospital) and Lourdes Hospital. There is a park 2 blocks down Floral Ave to enjoy. Free parking on Sherman St.

This is a walk-up apartment located a few blocks from downtown. The bus stop is 1/2 a block away. Free parking on Sherman St.
Please keep the place tidy. Clean up after yourself.
No smoking inside the unit but there is a porch outside if needed.
No overnight guests without my approval.
Quiet time is between 10 pm and 7 am!
Check-out is at 11 am. Upon leaving, please be sure the unit is tidy, all dishes are washed and back into the cupboards and all food has been put in the garbage. The garbage has been taken out to the outside trash bins. Place keys back into the lockbox so my cleaners can get in to prepare for the next guest. Please make sure the door and the lockbox are locked. Have fun and Enjoy your stay!

Idk how to review this one. Pictures don't show how this place really looks from the outside. It's not taken care of. But inside it's ok. They are wonderful communicaters, lovely accomodations, cute gifts. Kitchen is small bathroom is run down upstairs is a cute place but it's all old. But it worked because I didn't actually need to hang out there.
