"Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. "Such a great hotel -- loved that it was apartment style with lots of amenities in the unit. We were able to do laundry to minimize the amount of clothing we had to pack, and utilized the kitchen to make tea and have simple breakfasts in the morning. Great location, close to the train station and easy to get around the city. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again."
