"No room key available for me when I arrived had to wait on staff to let me back in my room the first night. Also I was told I would be paying a $175 deposit upon my arrival at check-in because my trip was already prepaid. Didn't get a refund 2 days after checking out. Called the hotel and they informed me that my stay was not prepaid and that the $175 was actually for the two nights I was staying and that they don't take deposits. So I'm not sure why. "Not the cleanest. The breakfast almost had nothing I desired to feed my family. The staff were friendly, but the room itself was pretty dingey there was a cracked mirror in the bathroom and the kitchenette had no soap, no utensil, no cookware. If I could, I would give it a 2.5 out of 5 stars. I’ve stayed in much better “3 star” rated hotels."
