"This place is simply fantastic. Kacey is a brilliant hostess. Prior to arrival, she sent lots of information through which was excellent. Then during the stay, she was on hand via WhatsApp and replied any questions in a heartbeat. Her cooking is absolutely second to none so you’re in for a treat if you book here. If we come back up to the Highlands, we will definitely be returning "

"A lovely warm welcome, beautiful decorated room, the most comfy bed of our whole trip, a stunning guest house with a lounge and a snug. Host was so accommodating for breakfast, we requested 7:30 as we had a ferry to catch, this was not a problem, porridge was made to order and delicious, continental selection was varied with plenty of options for every one. It was a shame we only stayed for one night."

"A good, well-run hotel. No criticisms. Also, we had a slight problem with a noisy resident in the next room to us. I contacted the night porter who quickly sorted things out, calmly, politely and effectively. The restaurant is exceptionally good - way above the general standard of freezer to microwave meals you encounter so often."

"We stayed with them overnight and the accommodation was great, as was the breakfast. We also had dinner here as it had great reviews for seafood. Sadly we were left quite disappointed as none of the food impressed and the sea bass was particularly bad. Our waitress was great, but there was some commotion behind the bar with the younger staff and you could tell that there was some conflict, just enough to make everyone uncomfortable without anything actually happening. "We stayed at the Bank Guest House for one night on our road trip of Scotland. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was and how large the bedroom was. The owner was extremely friendly and cooked a lovely breakfast for us in the morning! Wick itself is a little run down with not much to do, but for a one night stop off I would thoroughly recommend staying at this B&B."

"Being on my own with the dog, i was a little apprehensive. Absolutle no need. Booking in was easy. I was informed ofthe dog friendly places to eat. I was wvenoffered cutlery uf u wanted to order in. Breakfast was delivered to the room which is what they do for everyone. Was fresh and spot on poached eggs. Deffo recommend. Budget but good"
