"This newer hotel is nestled in a revitalized part of town, and it really impressed me. The harbor view from my room was absolutely stunning—waking up to that sight each morning felt like a treat. The walk up to the carousel fountain nearby was charming and genuinely made me smile. What truly stood out, though, was the bed. "The hotel is very nice with the outdoor patio area with lots of furniture and tables to sit at. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff is helpful and friendly. Very convenient drive into the city and ample parking at the hotel. Really like the area as well. Feel safe and the area is nice"

"Parking isn't easy, no onsite parking. Valet parking is $40 or park it yourself in a nearby parking garage for $20. Others a great place to stay. Excellent location. Walking distance from the midland and T-Mobile center."

"In town for a concert - great walking distance to the T Mobile Center - super cute little dive bar around the corner. Not super impressed with the bartender at the hotel - we sat there for over 30 minutes and she waited on everyone but us. hotel was clean and rest of staff was super friendly"

"Lovely, renovated older home. Decorated to the nines. Welcome champagne was great. Only downgrade: smallest toilet (room?) ever. Wonderful area to walk around and view homes, and very close to the art museums and the Plaza. Will stay again."

"I stay here whenever I'm in the area, always quick to check in and check out. The room has always been clean. The only hotel that I stayed in that I liked the shampoo. The breakfast is nice. Staff has always been helpful."
