"To be honest we just left after we arrived and saw the Inn from the outside and the un-vacuumed carpet in the lobby. It gave off Bates Motel vibes. I didn’t even inquire about getting my money refunded for the prepaid room. We paid about $400 for one night at the Marriott Aloft right next door. The man at the front desk was courteous, but otherwise not much good to say."

And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . "We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...
