Guest Access:
The owner lives on the property with dogs ( 2 Male Huskies). Guest will have 247 access to the whole property via the street gate. The inside gate is controlled access by the owner each and every time guests enter or leave (so dogs don’t escape).

There is a prepaid electricity meter on site. R300 per night minimum. This should cover reasonable usage (lights, heaters, & plugs) if used consciously wisely. South African electricity is super expensive. However if everything is left on 24/7 (ALL the lights left on, all the heaters on day and night, electric blankets left on etc) the meter will run out and you will need to buy extra prepaid tokens. So please use electricity wisely please. Contact Owner after booking to eft R300 pn.

Strictly No parties allowed. No loud noise, to maintain a peaceful environment. Not allowed to bring loud speakers, soundbars, boom boxes etc on site.
No illegal substances, weed or activities
TVs: 2 HD TVs on site. TVs have Netflix. For Sports channels, guest to arrange Satellite DSTV directly with DSTV.
WHAT TO BRING: Strictly self-catering. All beds have linen, bath towels and extra blankets. Guests to bring their pool towels, toiletries & hair dryer and cleaning supplies.. NB bring plenty mosquito repellants which is needed to enjoy the terrace and rooms.
We’re happy to arrange extra cleaning services upon request (daily maid & gardener), available at an additional cost.
No unauthorized guests allowed.
