"The hotel is a big complex with multiple buildings. The surrounding landscape is beautifully designed and maintained. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. But it’s in the Tianfu airport which is far from the city. However the hotel does offer an airport shuttle and the airport has a subway stop into Chengdu proper. "

"청두남역에서 건물이 보일 정도로 가까우나 기찻길을 건너야 되는데 개 돌아가야 해서 캐리어 들고 가면 욕나옴. 옆 건물이 폐건물이라 쓰래기 냄새 남. 주변에 아무것도 없음. 대로변인데 사람이 죽어도 모를 정도로 삭막함. 직원들은 친절함. 조식은 그냥 그럼. 남역의 편의시설을 다 못쓴다고 생각하면 됨. 금연객실 인데 담배냄새 쩔어있음."

"Wij verbleven op de 25e verdieping. De eerste dag was de kamer extreem warm (ongeveer 28/29 graden) doordat de ventilatie niet werkte. Hierdoor werd ik zelfs ziek. Na een melding zijn we de volgende dag verplaatst naar een andere kamer. Daar werkte de ventilatie wel, maar het bleef warm en het systeem was storend. Daarnaast was het toilet bijna elke ochtend verstopt, waardoor we eerst de conciërge en een loodgieter moesten laten komen voordat we het toilet konden gebruiken. Dit was erg...
