Oceanfront 2 story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home perched on a hill with a staircase leading down to the beach! Enjoy the spectacular views from the infinity pool or relaxing in the shade in the expansive outdoor living room.

THE SPACE:
3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms including:
• a main floor principle bedroom with a queen size bed and an attached bathroom.
• Second bedroom- downstairs, with a queen size bed.
• Third bedroom- downstairs with 3 twin sized beds (bunk bed)
• The downstairs bathroom is jack-and-jill style between the two bedrooms.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and fans
• Gourmet kitchen with a large island and dining table
• Large indoor living room with desk space
• Large covered outdoor living room with ocean and pool views
• Infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean
• Outdoor seating
• Outdoor grill and sink

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests have access to all of the property, with the exception of the caretakers' house + owners closet, storage & equipment areas

**Power outages may occur. This is out of our hands and is part of daily life in this rural area of Nicaragua. We have a small generator to keep running water and a few necessities powered. Beach access is typically a minute walk just directly down the hill from the house. During rainy season the estuary/small river bordering the property may reach the ocean partially blocking direct beach access, it’s usually possible just to walk around it.


The friendly caretakers, Eveling and Marcos, live in a Casita on site and are available to help with guests' needs. There are also two small very friendly dogs who love when guests visit! If you would prefer them not to interact with your group please let the caretakers know.
For an additional charge, if desired, Eveling can prepare delicious meals or do laundry during your stay.
We recommend getting any groceries before your arrival, the closest large grocery story is about 45 minutes away. There are a few little local stores within 5 minutes for basic needs.
Several options for local restaurants/bars are located within a 10 minute drive from the home.


Large parking area available, will fit up to ~7 cars.
A 4x4 car is recommended during rainy season (May-august) but not necessarily required. No steep hills/mountains but the last 1-2 km are dirt and can get muddy.
