"From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. "The interior and exterior of the villa were exactly as shown in the photos. The furniture was a bit outdated, but everything was in good condition. However, the kitchen utensils provided seemed quite old and might need to be replaced. When I first entered the villa, there was a slight musty smell, which was a bit uncomfortable, but after a day, it seemed to fade. "Vi boede i 4værelses villa med egen pool og med en fantastisk udsigt. Villa’en fungerer rigtigt godt hvis man rejser flere familier sammen. Villa’en er ikke sammenhængende, men fungerer som 4 separate hotelværelser på en samlet enhed. For os betød det at børnene ikke kunne sove for sig selv, men en voksne måtte sove med hver sit barn på hver sit værelse. Vi ville ikke kunne høre dem hvis de voksne sov på et værelse og børnene på et andet. Maden i restauranten var lidt kedelig. Hotellet lidt...

"Well first we can’t say enough about our hosts. They were truly the most accommodating people i’ve encountered on all of my travels. Now let’s get to the accommodations. When you open the door it’s almost unreal. Everything in the garden is manicured to perfection. The living area and kitchen are beautiful. Fans keep the air flowing in that area. Kitchen is great with everything you need including a water cooler with filtered cold water as well as hot water for tea etc….. Now to the two...

"Our stay exceeded expectation for us. ASAI spa packages were easy to book online before arriving. Kids were able to dine at the ASAI restaurant while mama was off to a pamper. Private pool was well used also late night and early morning dips. Villa was just beautiful. The lay out is exactly ilike the photos online. Staff so kind and respectful. Love love love. When kids say the love something you know its honest truth. "

"Absolument exceptionnel! Arthur est un un hôte très sympathique, très professionnel. Le logement est tout simplement digne des hôtels de luxe. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Les matériaux utilisés pour la décoration et construction du bâtiments sont de grande qualité. Villa spacieuse et ergonomique. Si l'on veut chipoter un peu, les matelas ne sont pas extrêmement confortables, mais l'on y dort bien quand même. Un grand merci Arthur pour ce séjour fabuleux dans le sud de Bali! "

"Highly recommended villa especially for family trip. All the rooms are kept clean everyday which made us feel at home. Staffs were friendly and tried to accommodate every request during our stay. They served a wide variety of food for dinner and everything was so delicious. Driver gave us good suggestions on places to visit and for shopping. Would love to come back to the Amarta villa."

"Don’t be fooled by the photos - by the time we arrived at the location (after searching for it for 1 hour because the address is wrong and there are 4 addresses online), they told my guest that the room was double booked and moved her to another hotel nearby. Although that hotel was nice, it took a total of 2 hours to find and check in (finally checked in at 1am)."
