"Lovely place"

"I booked the room for two nights. I work overnights just wanted to come n go to bed when I get off only to find out my room was cancelled without any notice and given to someone else because I didn’t check in the night before. The whole point of paying for two nights was to make sure I had a room to go to at 8am..the staff was rude and didn’t care at all when I came to check in."

"Arrived and the attendant said baggage had to be carried downstairs to get at room. No one to help. No wash cloths available for all 4 days, no on site ice machine working, ac had mold in it, I asked for new bedding because it was dirty when I arrived and he said they didn’t have any, breakfast was supposed to be 5-8 and consisted of one open back of little Debbie donuts spread across service bin, no coffee or anything else. The lady at desk said if I’d like something else Caseys was open...

"Breakfast was fair. Parking was very sketchy. The room curtains were stained as well as the sheets on one bed. The tub did not drain well during the shower which left you standing in water"

"Staff were rude and unfriendly. Poorly maintained, handicapped accessible door was blocked by orange cones, had to go to the door on the other side not handicap friendly had a large curb type step up. The air conditioning worked well but it was very hot that day and when we walked in the room it was burning hot in the room. Safety latch on the door was broken. We got to the breakfast area about 20 minutes before closing and everything very picked over and had not been restocked."
