"下午3:30回到飯店，房間都還沒打掃。然後我人在房間按了DND, 房務人員就默默的放了一張紙說4:00pm 過後就不能使用吸塵器，只能換毛巾。所以我出門的時候，房間也沒辦法打掃了。讓他們來換毛巾，就直接請機器人送了兩條小毛巾，也沒給浴巾。房間沒整理，裝上用過的玻璃杯也都沒有清洗，備品也都沒有補，感覺真的不太好！"
