The townhouse is in the historical North Talpiot neighborhood of Jerusalem offers panoramic views of the Hinnom and Kidron Valleys. Enjoy the privacy of split level house. You will love sipping tea on the roof top terrace with a view the Jerusalem Peace Forest below and the sounds of birds. Enjoy hosting friends and family in the newly renovated kitchen . Kitchen table sits 8, great for hosting shabbat dinners. Spacious and great for family events or Holidays in Jerusalem. Newly renovated bathrooms. Both bathrooms have showers and one has a bathtub. Walking distance to artisan markets, boutiques, restaurants and cafes of The First Station. Walking distance ( 20min) to Old City, Jaffa Gate, Mamilla mall. Shop and eat in the boutiques and trendy cafes of German Colony. Walk or Bike the lovely paths along First Station, just minutes from the house. The Free Shuttle (Tram) to Old City and Kotel (Wailing Wall) operates seasonally, stops in parking lot of FIRST STATION, a five minute walk. Private parking spot in front of the house. Great apartment

A great apartment in a great location in the city. The owner is very responsive to any issues. Had everything we needed, and very helpful to get things that aren’t standard. Would definitely stay there again.

Home Sweet Home

We quickly were able to make this property our home for the 6 weeks we were in Israel. There were some small issues in the beginning but those were quickly resolved. We met Susan and her husband, Jacob, who happened to be in Israel at the same time, and became fast friends. My favorite part of the house was the balcony. Cool summer evenings with an amazing view, a glass of wine and some music relaxed us from our busy days. The property was close to markets and shops where we could get everything we needed and the bus lines were nearby also and we conquered those. We'd never experience public transportation in Israel before and we were on a mission to accomplish that feat. We felt completely safe in Jerusalem and were extremely sad when we had to leave. We would recommend this property to travelers. However, there are small sets of stairs to each level. We are in our 60's and had no trouble at all.

Warm and Spacious Jerusalem Home

We enjoyed our stay immensely. This a welcoming home, with spacious rooms, excellent heating (not to be taken for granted for a winter stay!), a glorious view of the surroundings including the Old City and beyond, and a great location. This is what we would call a town house -- a single-family home attached on each side, built on several levels. As others have noted, there are many stairs, but each staircase is no more than 10 steps. We did not feel at inconvenienced by the stairs. Easy access to "town" (downtown) and the Old City, about 15-20 minutes by bus 78 which is just around the corner. And easy access by foot (10-15 minutes) to the cafes and shops in Baka and the German Colony. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Good appliances. There is no dishwasher, which was fine with us. We hope to return!

This was my 2nd time staying at this location which I found very comfortable but I forgot how many steps there are. Otherwise an overall excellent experience.

Very responsive manager and a great apartment in excellent location. Just be aware of stairs; there are a lot of them. The view from the rooftop deck was awesome and having assigned parking was a big plus.
